Very disappointed in this product. I have been wearing hearing aids for five years, and while I understand the limitations of hearing aids, this product is definitely subpar. Hearing quality is very tinny and distorted. Considered simply as Bluetooth headphones, this device is acceptable at best. But as a hearing aid, I rate this device as very poor. It’s inexpensive for a reason: It doesn’t work well at all.
