I bought this for my dad and he complains that the lowest volume setting (1) is still too loud for him and can't go lower. I also have not been able to Bluetooth pair this device to his Android phone. The weak and strong noise reduction function is useful to adjust according to different environmental conditions: in front of the TV, in the car, at the dinner table, or in church. My dad just needs to remember how to switch the mode on his own. Design-wise, I think it would have been better if the power button was separated from the volume buttons, similar to how the mode button is separated.
