They are great. My Mom loves them. She has 70% hearing loss. These came in handy. Refused to pay $1350 for same product that I searched for for cheaper price. Only thing is that they chirp loud if turned up completely. I make sure the volume is not high.

Purchased these aids in September 2023 and in December 2023 one completely quit working. The other one is still functioning but the sounds are beginning to get fuzzy. Tried the noise reduction function and in the beginning it worked well but it slowly deteriorating to the point it is useless. Since this is a medical devise it should be warranted but I can't find any information on it. ... show more
