I am an 83 year old male who has used various hearing amplifiers over the past couple of years. Most were fine for listening to music & the radio, but weren't so good as stand-alone hearing aids. I went for a hearing test last month and found that the higher end of my hearing had dropped off sharply. The specialist attempted to sell me some hearing aids for $4000 and up. I stated that was a bit too expensive. I ordered an in-the-ear hearing aid, the ATOM X, but had problems with the set I had received and was afraid of dropping and losing them. I returned them to Audien without any problem, receiving full refund. I ordered the Audien Ion Pro 2, which I have had for ten days now. It is very comfortable and works great as a hearing aid. I chose settings that address my loss of high tones, background noise, conversation vs crowds, etc. The ION PRO 2 didn't cost me $4,000 or more. They were more expensive than the amplifiers, but are fully adjustable to meet my hearing needs and cost less than $700! I can listen to music, the radio, and my phone, which is especially helpful. I don't have to turn on the speaker on my phone to hear and I can have a private conversation with clear sound. Plus I can hear the birds singing, and the floor boards creak as I walk across the room! My wife appreciates that I can hear her without having to shout! I am very satisfied with the sound and total quality of these hearing aids, and most especially to price. Plus, I got a call from Audien this morning to help me with any questions I may have, my satisfaction, and to offer support in the future.

Hearing is very good but have to put them in charger every time for a few seconds because aids are bot connected. Makes adjusting volume annoying

Can hear things haven’t been able to hear in years. Had one on one with technician. Only thing I don’t like is battery life. I would take half a star for that. It lasts all day but no longer.

This hearing aide is affordable and easy to use. It came with easy to understand instructions and an app that is easy to navigate. I’m hearing so much better and recommend these to anyone. They also provide a video call to answer questions you may have. You can’t go wrong!

I got these and day one took them out of the box. Put them on all the background noise. Very sharp and almost painful. Turn them all the way down. Reset the modes change to everything. Still didn't help. Randomly would turn off. I wore them for several hours and they turned off multiple times. Had to take them off. Put them back in the box to " reset them". Battery charge was at 100%. Returned them quickly
