I cannot tell you how happy I am with this purchase. I have hearing loss in both ears. I’ve had extremely expensive hearing aids leaning towards $6000 for both ears. These actually give them a run for their money. I’m a young guy, I love music, so let’s just say I’m a little picky. I don’t want to just hear voices clearly I want to experience everything else too. The app is great too easy to make adjustments. You can also just ask for a change in the programming without needing to talk to anyone. Explain the issue and boom done within a couple days. I haven’t done the tele-visit yet so I can’t give you much information there. These work great out of the box so honestly I might not even do it. I love that it comes with a warranty and audiologist for 3 years. Bluetooth streaming they fall flat. Music doesn’t sound good while streaming from the phone. Calls as well. But for hearing everything around you they’re perfect. So, I’ll put my phone on speaker and listen to music organically instead of streaming. They’re super comfortable too just like most OTE aids I’ve found. You forget you’re wearing them lol. Oh and last thing if you’ve ever gotten hearing aids through a doctor/audiologist you know certain parts like the wires are hard to find. You can order all replacement parts right on the app. For the price they can’t be beat. I love them!!

I have used those hearing aids for 2 months now and I am very very happy with them. It’s like my hearing woke up! I had no idea I was missing so many sounds and clarity. Excellent product. After research I found they are same as Costco Jabra. Same company that also makes Beltone. Online hearing test was easy to do. Price was down $300 for prime days black Friday so same price as Costco at $1695. I tried Beltone but quality of sound the same. Beltone 4-5k but they're charging you for coming in and being evaluated and helping you in person. I prefer the convenience of online. I got the original referral from grok on x as it compared everybody for me and then I went in person to Costco and beltone.

This is my first time with hearing aids and thought I'd give them a try. This brand has always made quality phone accessories so it seemed natural to try their hearing aids. The case which charges them is a great size and very well made. Fits in my pocket well and isn't too large to be uncomfortable. The hearing aids themselves are very small and once on I did not feel them in or on my ears. The mic on these seems to aim down and behind me so I feel like I hear myself talking and noise behind me better than what is in front of me. Again this is my first time with a hearing aid so I need more time playing with them. My first impression is that the battery life is excellent lasting all day for me no problem and they are very small so comfort and anxiety of people noticing them is minimal. Overall I'm very happy with them so far, but there is definitely an adjustment to getting used to them. The high tones are a little more treble crispy for me and the deeper bass tones can be a little flat. There is no question about how well these are made,but I gave 4 stars because the audio was not what I expected at this price point. My hearing is still pretty good but I got these to help in loud environments where I need to focus on the person in front of me who is talking. Maybe if I was more hearing challenged this would work better but I still need to play with these more. I almost have to have someone stand at my side to get the best quality out of the audio being amplified. Definitely less than custom fit aids but pricy enough that I couldn't give 5 stars based on the experience. Still very good and might be 5 stars after more time using them.

This hearing aid is packed with some amazing software and we researched various hearing aids in this hearing aid contains most of the things that are at the bleeding edge of hearing aid technology! My wife is using them and she has some higher frequency hearing loss and she thinks they’re awesome! No tinny sounding! And she had this mild tinnitus and she says it’s gone that’s crazy! I’d really consider this after researching all the fairly expensive ones and the ones that have these type of features and I think they’re even bigger also, but this little one is super small, and her hearing of higher frequencies is much better! Tinnitus is decreased significantly also! A powerful little hearing aid with Auracast Hilton for future use when public gathering speakers can be also heard by this little powerhouse! $2000 versus $75-$8000 an awesome deal - we’ll take it!

Am giving them 2 stars because they are not compatible with a motorola cell phone. They seem nice. Seem to work OK just out of the box. I just spoke with a JABRA customer service agent and found that these are only compatible with certain Apple and Samsung phones. Very disappointing.

My mother has profound hearing loss and had been using a pair of those expensive hearing aids. After 5, 6 years of use, they quit working and she need something right now before she could see her regular audiologist out of town. Jabra select 700 was easy to pair with her phone and, it doesn't quite do the job like the ones she had, but she reported, it does job for now and, she also commented she can hear things more clearly and detail. From her report, I wouldn't advise this to someone with profound hearing loss, as described by the company, I can see it would work very well for someone with mild to moderate hearing loss. For now, she's keeping these as a backup pair until she goes to see her audiologist.
