OK right up front I LOVE these hearing aids. So here is the story. I have a $5000 pair of Widex hearing aids that need repair. So I bought a $250 dollar set of another companies hearing aids in the interim. They worked but they were just amplifiers. So I'm going to send those back. Then I bought this Elehear Pro set. Now these are real hearing aids! These are almost as good as my $5k hearing aids. I love the iPhone (or Android App). It allows volume changes and changes in Tone (equalizer). They paired with my phone easily and work so well I'm in Love with them. I have had hearing aids for almost 10 years and these are GREAT! The case charges them and they work for almost 20 hours. If you can't afford the $5k hearing aids I would recommend these. They are $600 but well worth it to get your real hearing back. I'm not kidding these are great from someone who KNOWS HEARING AIDS!

I've had cheaper hearing amplifiers with preset volumes and filters, but these are well worth the money. You set volume, tone, and the filter. These are amazing. Small and light weight. Set it from phone app. I can actually still wear these while my wife gets excited. She gets loud and high pitch, and I can tone it down. Lol

I was unable to adjust them for good sound. Blue tooth music was not good. Returned. Maybe it was just me since reviews by professional audiologists were good on YouTube.

Love the Bluetooth capability. I use google maps on my phone for nearly all my driving, primarily for traffic issues. With other hearing aids I have, even the one with phone connection, I had to change to my Bluetooth headset to use the maps. Now I need to find another use for that headset because these hearing aids do it for me. They would get 5 starts if I could adjust the hearing profiles at 5 steps like my other ones.

Edited: I have changed my opinion on these hearing aids. I was hearing environmental sounds, they sounded like birds chirping/water running etc, but in other environments, there wouldn't be any extra noise at all. Please note, you need to give yourself about 2 weeks to get used to them. Everything will sound tinny/canned at first, but the more you use them the better the sound as your brain starts to interpret the sounds better or something. I forget I have them in, everything sounds normal to me after the first 30 mins of putting them in. The battery life is excellent, and the support was very helpful. Don't be like me and post an angry review within hours of wearing them lol I got them within hours of ordering them, which was great! They seemed to work very well from the start. The issue I have that makes them 100% unbearable, is that when I tested tinnitus masking noises, I then could not get them to STOP. Nothing I did would make it go away. The FAQs said to simply turn it off. There IS NO OFF. I figured out how to turn on and off the selections of sounds on the screen, but what I keep hearing is not an option on there. And I am so mad, because I dont want white noise all the time. I cannot work with a babbling stupid Brooke in my ears. If I cannot fix it tomorrow. I'm returning them and trying something else entirely.

I purchased their first generation hearing aids and I was very happy with them. They gave me great service. When these came out. I thought it'd be a awesome upgrade. They're excellent, easy to set up. They're excellent for people with mild hearing loss. Plus, you get awesome customer service and support via phone call or email.
