Update 5/7/2026: the hearing aid for the right ear died, and the company tried to get me to buy new ones for a review on another site. When I told them I didn't have the money to buy them again, they finally told me to ship the defective one back and then sent me a new one. Honestly, if I had to do it again I wouldn't buy this model of hearing aid again. Ok I took a while to write this review due to wanting to make sure I gave these a fair try beforehand. Pros: app control, hearing test, the auto tuning, charging case, rechargeable batteries, BT feature, customer service Cons: BT control, Not loud enough for severe hearing loss, fitment To give a little background I have used actual dr. prescribed hearing aids for several years, and I also have had a bone anchored hearing aid. Both hearing aids cost $5k-$8k in order to give a little detail on how much better they are. These hearing aids for their price point are very good overall, and if you have slight to moderate hearing loss they will be a great addition to help you out. The fact you can use the app and do a hearing test, and then let the hearing aids auto adjust the eq is a huge plus. However, to do the hearing test it is very difficult to find somewhere quiet enough. I actually had to turn off the A/C in the house and get in the master bedroom closet to cut out any additional noise to do the test and get them set up. The first set I had the right hearing aid would get so much distortion from voices that it was unbearable. It only distorted voices in the hearing aid mode. In BT mode everything sounded fine. In hearing mode all other sounds other than voices sounded fine. The left one was perfectly fine. I had to reach out to customer service and actually type out a book so they understood exactly what I was complaining about because they were trying to say it was the settings at first. Once I actually explained everything they then sent a right ear replacement and it functions like the left one does. The main complaint is I have severe hearing loss in my right ear, and these are not loud enough. My google pixel ear buds put out way more sound than these do. (I know pixel buds aren't hearing aids, but I would hope that a hearing aid could produce louder sound than these do, and my previous prescribed hearing aids did). My experience is that you have to have the MPO about 80% at all times in order to avoid distortion. So you can turn the sound up to 100% but the MPO is at 80% limiting how much output is actually placed to the hearing aid. In my opinion these are very underpowered. The other complaint I have is that if you have large ear canals they don't have big enough domes to fit larger ear canals, and it took me several tries to find the right size online to replace it with and get a good fit. The other complaint is they switch to BT automatically for phone and music, then if you go into the app to change a setting on the hearing aid it tells you to take it out of BT mode and put it in to hearing mode, but there is no way for the user to do this because it happens automatically, and BT is required to use the app. Hopefully this will be revised in a software setting. Overall these are good hearing aids with great features, and if you have moderate hearing loss you will probably enjoy these especially for the price.

Don’t waste your money. I had these for 2 days the left one quit working. The 2nd lasted a month. They made squealing sounds and only lasted about 5 hrs on a charge. I couldn’t get my money back as I was paying with affirm payment plan. Like paying on a dead horse!

I really didn’t love these. I ended up returning them because they were just way too much money to not work perfectly. Overall, they were pretty comfortable. I do wish that they came in more than just one color. Right off the bat I noticed that they made my right ear sound muffled. I did some research and found out that this is pretty common with new hearing aids. And Google suggested that I try to wear them a couple hours a day to try to get used to them. I did that and never really could get used to them. I tried using different interchangeable pieces that were included with the hearing aids, and that didn’t seem to help either. On the left ear where I wasn’t feeling that muffled sound, I don’t feel like it helped with my hearing much, even though it seemed to be working perfectly fine.

I ordered these to replace some expensive ReSound. GN hearing aids that I got from an audiologist. The ReSounds would connect with some phones, but not mine. Except for the software to adjust the sound quality. These hearing aids come already turned up. So you adjust the sound level and acoustics with the software that you download to run them. My Galaxy S24 Ultra works excellent with these. Phone calls work excellent through these hearing aids. Although if i'm in a noisy environment, the noise is really amplified to the person on the other end. They also have audio so I can listen to apps, music and video through my hearing aids from my phone. The mic went bad on one of them shortly after I got it. I contacted Cindy. She had me tried some things first. But then sent me a replacement after I sent her The hearing aid that wasn't working correctly. I've been very happy with this purchase.

These hearing aids are good , but… Here’s the good, they have a free app that allows you to adjust the frequency level individually for each ear and is easily changed for the environment you are in. They include ear canal inserts that I’m sure one will fit your ear perfectly. They seem to have a quality look and feel to them. Now here’s the bad, they don’t seem to have the right volume without going in and turning all of the frequencies up to their max which for me defeats the whole purpose of them not just being an amplifier. Then although the Bluetooth feature is nice to have it drains the batteries quickly. I wasn’t able to get them to last even 8 hours without them needing a recharge and I wasn’t even using them to stream music. I only had the Bluetooth in to hear phone notifications and to make phone calls and oh yeah if you use these hearing aids for phone calls without Bluetooth turned on there is a horrible echo and a sound like when you are talking into a fan so I either had to put my phone on speaker or use Bluetooth neither of which was an optimal choice. And if you’re a whistler like I am you need to turn them off because there is an absolute weird vibration hum similar to the talking in a fan noise that is annoying as could be. Now I didn’t experience that with my hearing amplifiers at all so it seemed odd since both were the same type of over the ear hearing aids. I wanted to like them, but in the end I just returned them. They weren’t right for me at all.
