I wore a pair of bte hearing aids for about one year and was happy with them until they went bad, I have had these aids for about a week and am still working on them to get the volume right. The best thing I have found with them is the ability to turn down my dogs loud bark and still have the volume high enough to hear (great feature). My house is very noisy with six people and two dogs, and i am getting to a point where I hear my tv without a lot of background noise. The best part of this is vivtone contacted me to check up on the aids.

I bought these as a backup to my more expensive ones for when they go in for service. They perform adequately, the issue is the battery life was only 9 hours, obviously insufficient. Customer service response was to shut off the Bluetooth, to conserve battery life. I guess doesn't that defeat the convenience of having Bluetooth? For the price performance was fine just not worth the increased cost of the Bluetooth

4k less expensive than my old ones. Quality of sound is fine. Online hearing exam is great. Auto optimization is really good. There is a difference but not 4k difference.
