I have attempted, very unsuccessfully, to use a couple of different brands of hearing aids. These, by a long stretch, are the very best. In frustration I had stopped using any aids for about a year; and was reluctant to try again. I am astounded at the difference! The audio and physical comforts are amazing. I was able to acclimate to these in just a couple of days; and have been wearing them, six to eight hours daily for about a week. These are incredibly easy to use, especially with the controls/settings right on the charging case. The noise cancellation really works! The Bluetooth function is great for taking calls…and can be used for streaming music; but these are hearing aids…not audiophile grade earbuds. I switch to my favorite buds or headset when I listen to music; but for everything else, these are the best! Their customer support is first rate. They offer an actual live, one-on-one video conference (which I highly recommend) to make sure you’re getting the full benefit of your aids. My coach (Kendel) was brilliant.

I am 73. Never thought my hearing was compromised until recently. I did some research to see what the best value, and usability with out spending the bank. Based on reviews this aid seemed to be great for the price. They worked right out of the box. Lots of materials provided. The sound is good quality. I can hear background conversations that I could not before.

In a world of negative service, this company and its representatives are shining stars. I have the device for about it week and suffice it to say it is everything they claim it is and more. They are comfortable and have improved my hearing in leaps and bounds. I had a couple of concerns and called them and the young lady that worked with me was simply the best. At the end of our conversation, she asked if she could follow up with me weekly for the 1st 30 days and I said of course, not really thinking it would happen. But one week in she called and we discussed some small concerns I had, one being that my ear opening is quite small and sometimes the pods popped out. She looked at my initial order and said we have smaller ones that might work and immediately ordered them for me at no charge. Khersey was a great representation of this company. This is SERVICE of the best kind, great product, great service, great results. Thank you!!

Two weeks in on these. Found them to be very good for the money. Well satisfied! Very easy to use right out of the box. Few days to select the best ear tips from those provided. The adjustments from the changing case made it very easy to make them easily work for me right out of the box, they came fully charged. Noise suppression I would like to have a little better but still very workable. I gave four stars not because of something wrong but maybe to get the manufacturer attention. Controlling from the charging case works very well but at times it is not always something I want to carry. They can be adjusted from the little buttons on each one, but not real easy especially when they are in your ear. My suggestion would be to somehow make controls available on my phone, as has been done with the charging case, without an app. So simple from the changing case, if only from my phone. Very nice product!!!

I have prescription aids and have had for a long time. I'm basically deaf in the left year so my aids cross meaning the aid in the left ear transmits to the right so I can hear what is said on my left. There are times at home when I would like the right ear amplified for watching TV or general use conversation. ATOMX is not strong enough for my left ear and I couldn't expect it to be, but my right ear needs are met with 100% satisfaction. I even put the left aid in the right ear to see if it could be usable and it was. Comfort is great and everything you need to know is easy to understand. Charger and integrated options a nice feature.

Excellent. Wish I found these sooner. I always assumed that the professional hearing aids that hearing doctors sell at $4k were the only options. Yet my 91 year old mom was having problems with her expensive hearing aids working properly. It was always a hassle to get her hearing aids serviced and needed to bring her along every year for hearing test so they can program etc. I just received these Audien ones on Amazon and my Mom absolutely loves them and she suffers from major hearing loss. I love the fact that I can control these hearing aids from the case, the fact that they charge quickly, have great battery life, look discrete, fit well. I can say 100 that these hearing aids rival the ones you pay thousands of dollars to the hearing aid places that sell and service them. The price is well worth. Definitely will buy a second pair soon as a backup.

I am a retired podiatrist and retired teacher so I'm no stranger to medical devices . I wish I had these when I was teaching . So far very good. I have mild to moderate hearing issues especially talking with my children and my wife. These seem to rectify the problem so far. Also great for watching television I've reduced the volume by five integers. Something interesting happened today I ran a vacuum cleaner in my shop which was very loud and all the sudden the extra noise was cut out and I could still hear normally. So apparently there's some noise blocking, very good, ability. The fit took a little while to get used to. It was easy to adjust the volume as well as the type of atmosphere using the case. Battery life is excellent. So far, I have had them in for a week, I would recommend these for those who have mild to moderate hearing issues. In addition, I did not see an audiologist I just took a shot at these. I gave four stars because I've only had them for a week we'll see how it goes.
