I got this hearing aid for my grandmother to replace one she had lost, and so far it’s been a great choice. She’s in her 70s and isn’t super tech-savvy, but she was able to get the hang of this one pretty quickly. The instructions were clear and the device itself is simple enough to use without being overwhelming. The sound quality is quite good. She says voices come through clear and without the weird static or sharp feedback you sometimes get with cheaper hearing aids. My grandma says it’s made a noticeable difference in her ability to follow conversations, especially when watching TV or talking on the phone. She also really likes that it’s rechargeable. Not having to worry about constantly replacing tiny batteries is a huge plus, especially for someone her age. The battery lasts a decent amount of time. She charges it at night and it works all day without any issues. The fit seems comfortable too. She wears it for hours without any complaints, and it doesn’t fall out or cause irritation. It’s also discreet and doesn’t look bulky for her. All in all, I’m really happy with this purchase. and it’s been reliable so far. The elders in the family often participate in community chess and card activities, and this hearing aid allows them to enjoy them. In the chess room, there is a lot of discussion and shuffling around, but these hearing aids allow them to focus on their own game and clearly hear their opponent's cues and the communication between the players. The in-ear design is comfortable to wear, and they will not feel uncomfortable when sitting at the chess table for a long time. Simple operation, elders can easily adjust the volume. The hearing aid I bought for my grandfather who is hard of hearing at home finally arrived. When I opened the box, I saw the simple design of the charging box and thought it was suitable for the elderly. When I opened the box, the hearing aid is compact and lightweight, and the operation buttons are large and obvious, which is convenient for the elderly to recognize and operate. There is a detailed tutorial video QR code in the accessories, as well as a variety of sizes of ear caps. I helped Grandpa put on his hearing aids and took him for a walk in the park. In the past, he seldom communicated with his neighbors because of his inability to hear, but this time he could hear their greetings clearly and had a long-lost smile on his face. The volume adjustment can be easily adjusted in different outdoor environments, the in-ear design is comfortable to wear, and Grandpa didn't have any discomfort even after wearing it for an afternoon. This time I opened the box, not only received a hearing aid, but also found a new way to care for the elderly, I hope it can accompany Grandpa to spend more happy time.

After trying hearing aids from 2 different manufacturers (2 sets at each one of them... had to return all due to not working), I ordered these. They were a little bit more than the other ones I had gotten, but also had a larger number of people leaving feedback. I was impressed by the packaging (first impressions are good, aren't they....) Sealed in plastic wrap, the box has a little tab that you can pull on to extract the container instead of fighting to push out the container from one end. Inside I found the charger box containing the ear plugs (with a set of ear plugs already attached). The aids didn't have a protector strip over them, but they were in a little part of the charger that the earplug/tubes go into and not charging. I inserted them into their appropriate compartments and they were fully charged. The charger itself showed 2 out of 3 lights as charged, with the 3rd light blinking indicating charging when I plugged it in using the USB cable (included). These also come with a cleaning tool/brush, 7 sets of plugs in 2 different styles and various sizes. an instruction manual and a user manual AND, something I had not received in any of the other ones that I had to return, a registration link to register them!!! I discovered after I had ordered them that they don't have different modes and they only have 1 microphone each instead of 2. I had looked at so many that those things slipped by me. All of that being said, I have experienced no drawback because of those features being lacking. They are very easy to put on. The ear plugs that were installed on them when I got them are perfect for me, so there is no need for me to try others. I've gotten no whistling or screeching from them. Voices and TV are very clear. I haven't worn them out in any social situations yet so I can't comment on restaurants etc. I do somewhat get the effect of being in a tunnel when wearing them, but it's not annoying. I don't get any echo. Easy to turn on.... just press the + side of the toggle for 3 seconds and you'll hear the beeps indicating that they've turned on! They turn off automatically when you return them to the charger case. I've been able to keep the sound level at level one with no problem. They are comfortable to wear overall. Sometimes I have to do a slight adjustment where the wire/aid goes over my ear. I get a slight annoying ache after having them on for a while. I wear glasses so I suspect a good part of that ache is because of the glasses. A slight adjustment by moving the aid up higher on my ear relieves the pressure on the wire and the ache goes away. This time I around I feel that this was money very well spent. I am very pleased so far.
