Don’t buy these are not worth it. They only last four months.
When these worked they worked great but they only lasted about four months we bought the warranty and it doesn’t seem like we’re getting our money back for some reason. This is the second pair of these we have had and they both did the same thing. They work about four months and quit.

Not a happy customer
Not happy with this purchase, I bought these and shipped them to Mexico for my dad. He was very happy at first but after a month of using them, the right one stopped working.

My mother’s hearing
It made a big difference for my mother, she is 76, there was some static sometimes but she was able to work through it, like everything there is an adjustment period but she was able to get through it and it helped my mother and i finally have a much better experience when having conversations because she was able to hear me. Don't even bother
I really tried to give these hearing aids a fair chance. 1st They are hard to turn on the power button is same as volume, but i can live with that, From day 1 Everything sounds robotic, i thought i just needed to get used to them. After wearing consistent for almost a month, dealing with weird robotic sounds the right one made some weird crackle sound, died, and will not turn on at all anymore and the left has a consistent static robotic sound.I have tried all the troubleshooting nothing helps or fixes the issue. I wish i had not tried to give them a chance and returned them within the first few weeks, now its past the return windo and they are useless. Super unhappy. I tried to contact support but there was no way to connect them for help. Dont waste your money. ... show more

I got these for my mom who’s hard of hearing and almost completely deaf in one ear. She had her past ones from a hearing aid place and they broke and they are trying to charge her $5,000+. She put these in and immediately loved them. She had to adjust a bit, because you can actually make them quite loud.
