This has been a great product. I had my hearing checked in August but didn't want to pay thousands of dollars for hearing aids. I used my HSA funds to purchase these. They come with a recharging unit and the charge lasts all day. It improved clarity of speech for me. I simply hear better. They are small and comfortable to wear. I forget I'm wearing them. I will also mention their customer service was top notch. They were friendly and resolved the issue I had. These are worth a try if you have mild to moderate hearing loss. Good otc hearing aids are available. I recommend Audien Hearing!

I am giving these hearing aids five stars even though they did not work for me. My reason for purchasing this was because I needed a product that would deal with background noise as my $3000 dollar aids could not do adequately. I work in a shopping mall with many echoes and considerable customer noise and was hoping that these aids might have the technology to deal with all the background sounds that interfere with my ability to hear individuals asking questions, etc. Unfortunately, after a trial of three weeks, they did not perform as I had hoped. The quality of the product, the reasonable price, and the available support from the manufacturer were impressive. If you are looking for a product that can simply amplify the volume and be partially hidden within your ear canal, and that provides a case that can charge the aids even when not plugged in to a power source, plus having the ability to sanitize the aids in the case, this may be for you.

Here's a story to help you believe in the good of mankind: I bought these hearing aids for my 95 year-old mother who at this moment really needed to hear well -- she had to go to the hospital for a heart issue, followed by physical therapy. She no longer was living alone with only her TV blasting loudly (w/subtitles) and needing only to talk to my sisters and me, with shouting voices of course. But now, suddenly, she needed to hear LOTS of other people, most of whom had foreign accents, and who were not used to shouting for every conversation. Unfortunately, after trying the Atom Pros, these particular aids weren't quite right for my mom and she couldn't wear them. We were very worried that mom would have no solution. FORTUNATELY however, I read and followed the manufacturer's plea to contact them first if there was any problem instead of returning the pair to the store. I am so glad I did! I had the pleasure of speaking to customer-service rep Haris, who listened to our issue with the Atom Pro 2, and then, explained how it might be better for my mom, considering her advanced age, to try the behind-the-ear ION. Of course I knew that they were a step up in quality and price but he offered to let us try them (same 45 day trial) with no up-charge, insisting that it was more important to him & the company to help find solutions for people to hear better, no matter what it takes! Well, the IONs were exactly what mom needed, in fact, she got used to them almost immediately. For the first time in years we don't need to shout to converse with her, she can leave the TV at a non-battlefield volume, and most importantly can hear all her doctors, nurses, therapists and aids pretty well. Audien is a game-changer for her. Thanks again Haris!!

The Audien Atom Pro 2 has been a godsend for me. I had experienced years of hearing loss which was only getting worse as I aged and I could not afford the 5-6000 dollar hearing aids. The ability to have a conversation with friends and loved ones is something that no one should ever take for granted. The Atom Pro 2 has given me back this ability. Not only that, but I can enjoy TV, listening to music, and as someone who loves the great outdoors, the ability to even hear birds singing and the wind blowing is amazing! They provided a clarity of hearing I have not experienced in many years. Comfortable, easy to use right out of the box, and the customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, a couple of weeks after receiving and using the hearing aids, one of them stopped working. I was devastated. But a video call with a member of their support team (Charissa), was placed and a replacement is being processed. I will update the star rating after receipt of the replacement. Thank you Charissa Odina for your time and patience and thank you Audien for making an easy to use functional and affordable hearing aid.
