I have gone through at least six hearing aides, both in ear and behind the ear, trying to find a pair that actually worked. Some, I sent back the same day because they were so bad; others after a week or two because they just did not perform as advertised. I have to say that these are the best I have tried so far. I paid more for these than in the past (going cheap is never a good idea), but the price is worth it. The Bluetooth app is great when taking phone calls and there is truly a difference between the settings (Voice-TV- Crowds, etc.) These hearing aids are truly more than just amplifiers. Initially, I am impressed. We will see what transpires long term I highly recommend that if you are in need of hearing aids for mild to moderate hearing loss, that you give these a try.

Nice hearing aids but can not be tuned for a particular hearing loss frequency. They work well at 5 to 6 level but have noticeable humming at 7+ level. Still at under $400 for the pair they are well worth it and well made.

I have mild hearing loss in my right ear and moderate hearing loss in my left ear. What this means from quality of life perspective is that my left ear doesn't hear the richness of sounds as my right ear and volume is subdued. These hearing aids work really well for my case. There is an independent volume and tone setting for each ear which accounts for all the frequency range. I did do the integrated hearing test which i assume is to tune the hearing aids to your ears. These hearing aids securely fit in my ear canal and rest on top of back of ear - so i feel comfortable wearing them with no worry of them falling off. The streaming feature is seamless and when you are done listening to a clip or music, the listening mode kicks in straight away. Sound quality is great in listening and streaming mode. I tried these at home, restaurant and comedy club - they work great in all those environments. I was able to hear my wife clearly in the noisy environments. The only issue i had initially was warbling of music on high tones. But the tone adjustment feature worked great for this. I have had absolutely no feedback whistling that some others reported.

I have worn hearing aids for over 12 years and thought these maybe a good backup solution for my current pair. I didn’t think a $400 set would replace a fitted set from my audiologist but wanted a backup. I wore these for two days inside, outside, on the golf course and in noisy environments. As others stated this is an amplifier and not a hearing aid. Although the hearing test seems to be thorough the end result is not setting frequency thresholds to adjust for your loss. The other issues are when paired via Bluetooth with your phone all phone sounds are off the wall loud. Aside from adjusting the aids volume there is no way to dampen them. I finally just disconnect the phone from Bluetooth. The fit is good but after a day wearing them the top of my ears were sore. I did like the fact the cables were contoured to fit inside the ear making them quite inconspicuous. The receivers are about twice as thick as my current set which could account for the sore ears.note the more you use Bluetooth the quicker they will drain the battery. If I wore them strictly as aids they last about 11 hours but adding Bluetooth and watching tv they died after 6 1/2 hours. When I tried to pair with my 1 year old tv they were never seen. I particularly disliked the fact I had to adjust each ear piece independently for volume or power on/off unless I had them connected via Bluetooth to my phone and opened the app. If the phone is paired to the aids you cannot connect to another BT device unless you first disconnect the aids. And finally the AI translation may be a bonus IF you travel but no one tells you it comes with a trial only then you need to purchase a subscription. So in the end I would say they may be ok for someone on a tight budget but as an aid they fail to assist in hearing loss.

WOWWWW ALL THE BELLS & WHISTLES AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE !!!!! My Lexi b2 after 20 months broke & could not be repaired (they had to be serviced after 6 months & the cables kept going bad) , thank God I got the extended warranty . I researched Elehear and figured I would take a chance . The app is very easy to use . The sound quality is excellent , fit is comfortable & all the features are great ! They are superior to my Lexi b2 at half the price ! I am impressed!

First off these arent like your typical set of hearing aids. You need to adjust to these hearing aids and wear them for about 3 weeks, espeacially if you have never worn hearing aids before. That being said, it only took me a short time to adjust to mine. These hearing aids fit me just fine and they have connected to my computer, steam deck, and android phone perfectly fine. The battery life is incredible, the music streaming sounds very nice, and I have worn these litterally every day since buying them back in october of 2024. A huge feature that these have is the abillity to hear your surroundings while also listening to music or watching a video. You can also mute your surroundings and listen to content without being disturbed by a loud environment. Another feature is that if anything extremely loud happens around you (like a f irework bang or a door slamming) the hearing aids will block the noise without having the noise cancellation activated. The only flaw that I can say that these have is that the noise cancellation feature sounds kinda odd. It does its job but it makes you kinda feel like your in a hallway talking to somone and you can hear your own voice bouncing off the walls. At any rate, you cannot beat the price point these have with the ammount of features they bring to the table. Absolutely worth trying these out if you have hearing loss.
