These are simply the best pair of hearing aids I have ever owned, and the cheapest. Twenty years ago I bought my first hearing aid (not even a pair) for $2500 from an audiologist. It used batteries and worked only two years. Through the years I have tried many other brands from Amazon and settled on Earcentric as the best option for clarity, choice of mode and length of battery charge, until now. My new favorites are Dellona. Yes, they are a bit clunky but my grandson commented that the blue version looks like I am wearing a bluetooth device. Clarity-excellent and they are the first ones where I don't have the volume all the way up, choice of mode-I haven't needed to try them, and battery charge length has been wonderful. I had no problem with feedback, but it would be easy to change ear buds to a smaller size if you have a problem. I highly recommend these hearing aids. ... show more

A good buy for the money. I use them (in both ears) mostly for an amplifier - and they are 'hot' with plenty of gain. My previous set of these, one ear piece went bad after some months; I figured it was worth a replacement.

Let me first say that these are HEARING AMPLIFIERS. They are not hearing aids. They have some noise cancelation, but it is not the best. Their volume is incredibly good. They amplify everything, and it can be a little disorientating for my father. My fathers hearing was getting so bad that we literally had to shout in his face for him to hear us. He was getting upset, and depressed, that he couldn't hear. The television was always blaringly loud on 50 - 80 volume, and he still couldn't make out normal conversation. Sadly, we are a low income family with Free Healthcare from Affordable Healthcare Act. They do not cover hearing aids, so we would have had to pay over $3000 for a pair of them for my father. Knowing this, I purchased this amplifiers due to how good their reviews were, and I was not disappointed. Now my father can hear us speaking to him in a normal voice, he can talk on the phone, listen to the tv at low volume, and even hear us talking in another room. However, they AMPLIFY EVERYTHING. Every little sound, plates hitting the table, the dog barking, crumpling up paper, et cetera. So they take some getting used to. He takes them out while washing the dishes, or doing loud things like vacuuming or mowing the lawn. But otherwise, he loves and enjoys them, and I would buy them again if they broke or got lost. Their noise cancelation of background sounds could be better. But that's something that has to advance with technology over time. ... show more

I bought these as a back-up hearing aid for my Dad when his expensive ones were shipped back to the manufacturer for repair. These AMPLIFY ALL sounds. They DO NOT get rid of back ground noise, that is necessary for the older population with severe hearing deficit. My Dad would not wear them. These would be good for those with slight hearing loss to use while watching TV, hunting or any where else all sounds need to be amplified. ... show more

I have two pairs of professional hearing aids that broke at the same time. One uses batteries and the other set charges. I was under warranty so I sent both sets back, but it left me deaf. So I purchased these hearing aids in February of this year. I’m very happy with them. Once you get them adjusted to suit you with the proper ear plugs, you can hear well. I’m clinically deaf and struggle all the time in difficult situations. These do not have Bluetooth technology, but I have used my phone speaker and I can communicate very well with them. They are big for my ears, but I really don’t care because I can still hide them. The price was great! The last a long time also before charging. I can hear my TV very well also. My expensive hearing aids came back, but I keep this one in my purse charged up just in case something goes wrong. If you have a short hair cut or short hair style, you may not be able to hide them. I also like the fact that you have control with them and not artificial intelligence. I highly recommend them for the price. You get two hearing aids and these are my own earbuds. I cannot say enough good things!! My life has literally turned around. Takes getting used to at first but follow the written directions of not rushing into wearing for long at first. They are truly the best buy I ever made after jumping through hoops at mfriend gave me. y doctor's and also bein told the COPAY would be 1,000!! I cancelled my next appointment and went to Amazon with a referral a friend gave me $60!!!! ... show more
