Works good for me, it takes a few days to get use to. You do have to use the correct hearing aid dome or it will not work for you. It takes a while to get use to the adjustments and the placement in the ear. I only use one unit for my right ear, I noticed for me can use either left or right one for either ear works just fine. The charging system work good, no problems.

Echoes when I spoke but could hear better if I said nothing They looked large in the ear. It would be better if they were black then it would look more like earbuds not large hearing aid Refunded without problem

I ended up returning these. My grandma had a tough time with these I believe because when she would adjust it in her ear she would accidentally turn the hearing aid down and then couldn't hear. Maybe if the buttons were in a different place.
