These hearing aids are great for my grandma, They're so easy to use, and have a good size, she said the sound is pretty clear, and they work really well for everyday conversations, perfect for someone who needs a little extra help hearing!

I've had expensive hearing aids, and as far as the sound goes these are every bit as good as expensive hearing aids. How many sound adjustments there are is great as well. There are some flaws tho. The removal wire could definitely be longer, half the time I can't even locate it and end up grabbing hold of aid itself to remove. They only come with three sets of ear fitting ends, small, medium, and large, and no other designs just the one. Maybe I'm spoiled from the expensive aids?, but a more extensive assortment of ear buds would bring the quality of these aids way up, you might find yourself like me and having to look around and purchase more options with the buds. Also a handful of times I would remove aid and the ear bud had come detached and stayed in my ear canal, it is easily removed with a pair of tweezers, kinda freaks you out the first time it happens tho. And lastly, don't bother with the sound adjustments until after you've fitted them in your ear( location of button makes this somewhat difficult) because you hit the botton several times as you insert them in your ears. The botton could be located in a better area of the aid than where it's at. They could use a lot of improvement\ upgrades. They do work well where it counts. They block out background noise well, the hearing is clear and crisp and seems to lock onto human voices particularly if sound is coming from the front, but really any direction. If some one is talking in your immediate area your going to hear there voice and words clearly. Great Job on the inner workings and tech put into each one of the aids! Looks like aid casing improvements, and more accessories (choice of ear buds) and they would be every bit as good as expensive hearing aids. The case and charging station are great very durable easy to put up or remove from case charge on aids lasts all day and you can charge them up at least twice before needing to charge up case (easy as well, with standard c charging port. Case lid stays shut and you can carry them around in your pocket with keys , coins, what ever, and they have no affect other than maybe some very fine wear and tear scratching. If they improved the design some and more ear buds selection, I would buy again.

I can hear better with these. Now, I admit I am a bit hard of hearing and these do help. The one thing I am having trouble getting used to is the amplified noise when eating--hate that chewing sound amplified. Should note, I am on the lowest setting for volume.

I tried $1700 an ear. I tried insurance copay at $300. I believe in OTC! This are no complications and they work.

I bought these after reading so many positive reviews. I like that the hearing aids are not visible when worn. But, I believe they work better for others. The manual and support said that whistling is caused by improper insertion, or wax. I followed instructions carefully. In order to get the whistling to stop, I had to jam the aids deeply and painfully into my ear canal. If I eased them back at all, the whistling would start again. Even jammed into my ear, they would whistle intermittently. I had them on the lowest volume setting. That was more than adequate for hearing the TV and my spouse. However, it did not improve my hearing to the point that I could turn the TV down. Everyone has a different anatomy. Mine is not compatible with this in-the-ear design. Thanks to Amazon, the return was easy. I will try an over-the-ear design. Thank you Siaime for allowing a 30 day trial. I wish they had worked.
