These skirts are very comfortable and versatile. The waistband is very wide and comfortable to wear higher or lower depending on how long you want the skirt. I like the skirt to go to my ankles. I’m 5’7”. I wear the waist higher than I do other skirts but it’s not uncomfortable to do so, in fact I like the higher waist so I don’t need to worry about staying covered in back when I sit or lean down. I know this is an odd specification for a skirt, but I bought these specifically because I am learning to play the organ at church and need to be able to see my feet while seated at the organ. The fullness and the way the skirt drapes make it perfect for playing the organ. Just sitting down to play without adjusting I can see my feet well enough. If I need to see better on a particular hymn I can tuck the skirt under my legs to have a better field of view. The fabric is comfortable, not see through, and washes well (I do wash them on delicate). The skirts can be dressed up or down depending on the rest of your outfit. ... show more

Very nice, basic skirts. They have a little bit of stretch, and the material is a good weight and not see-through. The pockets are a nice addition, and I am comfortable putting my phone in a pocket without fear of it falling out. Fits true to size. Based on the description, I expected the skirts to go all the way to my ankles because I am average height. And they do. So if you’re looking for a long skirt, this is for you. Super comfy and soft material. Bought for my size based on the size chart and it came in really big. The material is super stretchy so maybe just get a size smaller than the size chart indicates.
