I highly recommend this item! Easy assembly and saves on litter. It’s very quiet when cleaning mode comes on. My cat wasn’t too sure what to do with it, but she soon figured it out. After she is finished and gets out, it will automatically do a cleaning cycle. Because she is curious she liked to watch it and put her face in the opening. No worries, the sensors detect her and stops immediately. When she backs up, it continues the cycle. When I first set it up, I set it on auto, but it would not complete the cleaning cycle. First, I actually put too much litter in it. Second, I switched from auto to manual, and it worked perfect. Even though the programming is reversed from auto to manual, I still highly recommend this product. That was just a little glitch that was resolved with a push of a button. It also has an app for it, but I don’t use it. I didn’t see a need for it since it has auto cycle and a manual button if I feel like it needs an in between cleaning. My home smells fresher and clean up is so easy! The drawer definitely keeps unwanted odors inside the drawer. Just pull out drawer and remove the bag, then tie it up and toss it out! Even upon opening the drawer, the odor is barely noticeable. I tested it and did not empty it for 2 weeks with one cat. To my surprise the drawer actually still had room for more cycles. All waste was completely sealed inside of drawer along with odors. Removable top makes accessing the interior easy as well to wipe down inside to completely clean and refresh before placing the top back on. I am so happy I made this purchase! Side note, be sure to check the measurements, because it is bigger than I expected but I had room for it so not an issue.

Update 7 months in was sent another new box that was supposed to be upgraded, it arrived and would not detect a cat inside and the automatic function did not work. Told support and they told me they checked and it was damaged in transit and that they would be issuing a refund. Stay away from this company and this style of box like the plague, they are cheaply made and the warranty is worthless. Also th refund I was sent was sent th ought PayPal so right off the bat PayPal took 15 dollars or my refund, do not order this box or any that look like it. Including the duabes box that has th cat ears on it as that is the one that arrived down for th auto function update 6 months in, the box stopped detecting when a kitty went in effectively making it a manual box as it doesn't know when a kitty is there. the litter pad thing that comes out and is washable is broken on the bottom and cracked, and there's no way to find a replacement that i've been able to find. make sure you take out the litter tray thing and clean it as well as underneath of it, i didnt realize the tray came out until recently and it was full of stank cat pee litter. i've no made that a weekly check, so definitely something to check if your noticing it stinks all the time. Original model had tons of issues with sensors going off when nothing is there, got sent a second box, this box does the same thing, doesn't matter how clean or not clean the box is I still get anti pinch errors constantly. I come home and find the box stuck halfway open constantly with a pinch message, even worse than that it gets stuck in a position that leaves the stank tray left open releasing disgusting smells. Cannot recommend this box the replacement has the same issue with the anti pinch. Their customer service team was helpful but ultimately I'm stuck with a box that works half the time or should I say two boxes. Youd think getting a second box for free would be good but it's not when the products have issues. If the sensors weren't so garbage this would be a great product.

My cats love this litter box. The only problem you have to keep out for is the shallow tray at the bottom. I have 2 bigger cats and they poop and pee a lot (volume not frequency) so it fills up pretty quickly. It will hang up and will not notify you when it does. My cats have learned to come get me when it happens so I tend to fix it quickly for them. To keep the catch try neat and tidy. I bought some cheap garbage bags and place them in the bottom of catch tray. That way when it is full I can just tie up the bag, put a new one in, close the tray, then throw full back into trash. Another thing I have discovered is if you use litter that is a little dusty. it can mess up the sensor that detects clumps and poop from the tray. Causing the issue I mentioned above. Very easy to fix as you just take a damp paper towel and wipe around the edge of where the clumps drop into bottom. Once when I did that, the box continued to work as expected.

This has been an absolute game changer. Me and my spouse are usually not home so our cats are home alone. When we usually come home there was always litter to scoop and throw. This would lead to odors going around the house and make our house smell like cat. With this we noticed that smells have decreased. We also love that there is an app to control the functionality. The only manual part of this is lining the waste bucket with a garbage bag and removing it after the machine dumps the dirty litter away. This saves us a lot of time. The unit it self is pretty big however doesn’t take up that much more space than an average litter box. It also looks much better than a litter box. The unit it self is also very easy to set up we had it up and running working within 20 minutes. Our cats automatically knew how to use it also. We don’t know how we were living without this before.

I originally bought this item back in November 2025 and want to give an honest review. I love this automatic cat box. It genuinely makes life a lot easier, and I love how it is set up.(my only complaint is that mine has now broken, it will not repair with the app, it has issues connecting to my Wi-Fi and staying properly connected.) it will not go into cleaning mode, but it still turns on. I just manually rotate the drum. I use it with two cats.

If ever there were a device that confirmed mankind’s inevitable decline into idiocy, it is this automatic litter box. Four days — four — and the contraption already behaves like a drunken carnival ride operated by a man with tremors. It halts mid-cycle, hoists its drum in the air like some wounded animal, flashes its idiotic “gravity anti-pinch” warning, and waits for me to press the brush button like a supplicant attending to a fallen emperor. The disposal tray gapes open, broadcasting the stench of my cat’s indignation to the whole house. I’ve recalibrated, reset, reseated, re-everything’d. The machine still refuses to complete a single task without throwing a tantrum. It is the perfect modern appliance: all promise, no competence, designed by engineers who have never owned a cat or possibly even met one. My cat now watches this marvel of 21st-century progress the way a condemned man watches the gallows: resignation, faint amusement, and quiet despair. And honestly, I sympathize. We are both prisoners of its malfunctioning, beeping tyranny. And here’s the warning everyone should heed: If the instruction manual is peppered with spelling errors, bizarre phrases, and sentences that look like they were fed through three translation apps — do not buy the product. That’s not “quirky.” That’s your early alert system that the machine is going to fail and you’ll be stuck babysitting it like a defective robot toddler. In short: Do not buy this machine. Scoop by hand, live with dignity, and refuse to let a squealing hunk of cheap circuitry humiliate you the way this one humiliated me.
