I needed a am/pm pill organizer that was not tiny. This one is perfect. However, each one is very hard to open. I don't want the pills to fall out because they are too easy to open so difficult is probably better.

It's hard to believe you get a solid built,A.M-P.M pill organizer,that's sturdy,has good sized initials for each day of the week,clear lids for day time,and baby blue lids for night time slots. The lids for each day are hinged,and have a tab to pull up pill flaps,I am going through some heavy medical care,and could never remember if I took my meds,and there the ones you can't eat twice if you forget,point being,each days compartment will hold 35 round Advil pills,to give you an idea of how big each slot is, unless your taking more than 35 pills at a time,this is more than adequate. That doesn't mean the container is overly sized,but it will come in handy for anyone who's on several daily meds. Last point,this same pill organizer,that's equally well built with dual day/night slots is almost 30.00 bucks at the drug store,I am comparing this one to the best one at the rx store,and this one is ten times better than their best one,and this was like 4.16. after tax.     • Securely holds and organizes meds, labels rub off and filling is frustrating!
Lids do not stay upright, so it is hard to fill compartments. I can't tell you how many pills I have dropped because the flaps get in the way. They do snap shut quite securely, so I've never had a problem with traveling with this container. The compartments are good size, so all my meds fit well (8 pills every morning and night, one of which is a "giant horse pill" plus 2 multi-vitamin gummies in AM). After 6 months of use, the lids are still snapping securely shut and holding well, but the labels have almost all worn off. I just replaced this organizer with another than fills from the bottom - definitely easier to fill and easier to use all around because those lids stay upright when open, so I can better access my meds. When I first got this, I was thrilled, but the filling issue caused major frustration that just isn't good when I'm already struggling with multiple medical issues. This is a solid, reliable pill organizer if you are looking for something quick, effective, and affordable. The compartments are easy to open, and they click solidly in place after filling. Each compartment can easily fit several pills, so those who take a gauntlet of medications won't have to worry here. The overall size of the organizer is small, and while it can be easily taken on the go, it will still require some planning as it would take up a good chunk of space in most small bags and purses. Now, the reason why I took off a star is because the labeling can fade after just a few months, and the clips that hold each compartment closed start to loosen after a few months as well to the point where some compartments have popped open on their own. After a recent hospital stay, I was sent home with 6 medications to take for 3 months. I found myself forgetting whether I had taken them and didn't want multiple pill bottles sitting out on the counter. This organizer solved both problems. The daytime and nighttime compartments are different colors, making it easy to remember that white is for day and blue is for night. The compartments are large enough for multiple medications, and the organizer is lightweight without feeling flimsy. How long have I put off getting a pill organizer because I figured I would be inducted into the exclusive senior club. Sturdy, each cell is good size and easy to open. I have bought these for over 15 years and the only issue is that they never stop working, just the print eventually comes off making it difficult to read, especially if you do not fill up on a Saturday night or Sunday morning.
