I should have bought this a long time ago. This model is very quiet and easy to install. I bought 2 units the iPhone app is nice to schedule cleaning. I also bought a ring desk top camera to watch if they are using it. I had my cats get acquainted with the unit and put a disposable pad inside. My other cat was sleeping inside already and my other cat sat inside thinking this a cool house. When I put litter In it my other cat peed in it. The cleaning cycle works great as described only thing is it does require a small refill after cleaning it dumps a lot of litter clumps. The sensor is nice to have but I noticed when it’s doing a cleaning cycle the cats are curious and look inside the unit and then it stops half way done. So now I’ll just turn off the sensor and it will clean automatically after it’s been used. ... show more

This is so nasty. The setup is easy enough, but it is not effective in clearing litter clumps. Instead they stick to the walls and side of the box and smear/streak when the tumbler makes a rotation. The only way to properly clean the machine is to take it completely apart. There are crevices for dirty litter to hide…even after bleaching it still stinks. Do NOT buy this. We have only been using it a month and just threw it away. Complete waste of money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We had it for two weeks now and is loving it! We had a litter robot at home and wanted to try something cheaper and smaller in size. This one worked out just fine and takes way less space! The set up is quick and easy as it came pretty much assembled. Took me about 5 minutes to get everything set up and running. I like it also came with stepping pads, roll of trash bags, and the scented deodorant. The size is also perfect for my cats. Another nice feature I noticed is it makes way less noise than the litter robot we have when operating. You can barely hear it when it’s rotating. The loud sound usually scares my cats away or wakes us up at night, so that’s definitely a bonus point. One thing I would recommend is use light weight clumping cat litter if you have a choice. I use mineral sand which is on the heavier side. When you overload the globe, it’ll prevent it from rotating properly. But once you figure out the right amount to put in, it will run smoothly! For the price point, I would 100% recommend this one than litter robot, which is way over priced! Lol. ... show more

Cat used once. Then refuses to use. Did not like that urine remains liquid in waist container. I put litter in waist bin to correct problem. Trying to send back at little out of pocket cost. Interior size is limited for a 16 pound kitty

Easy setup, not to difficult to build. However, it took me nearly two hours to figure out the WiFi portion of it. The box wouldn’t flash yellow, not allowing it to connect to the app. Be sure to keep the litter box on a level surface when connecting, and take the barrel out of the box to help. Works well, now.
