This unit relieves you of having to be concerned with constant litter box routine. The aromatherapy box seems to actually minimize the just used activity that happens. It was humorous watching as cat investigated, checked it out and instantly went in as if it had been here as long as they had. Its quieter than I expected. The aromatherapy box has lasted longer than the 10 days advertised, I know bcz didnt know only a ten dayer item until seeking how to order more. The litter disposal is a lot better than scoop, shake, scoop and refill or clean as did the regular litter box ordeal. I watched videos and read reviews, so I decided to leave so others would not have to go through what I did. The item came and took an hour to get all set up. The presentation was nice, app installe don phone was fun totwatch for all of 24 hours, then it just stopped working. After reading further, I am not the only customer to have this issue. And before you ask, yes, another hour or so of life lost, we tried everything to get this item back to work because, cleaning it out and boxing it up was even more time lost and a HASSLE! ... show more

Easy setup, not to difficult to build. However, it took me nearly two hours to figure out the WiFi portion of it. The box wouldn’t flash yellow, not allowing it to connect to the app. Be sure to keep the litter box on a level surface when connecting, and take the barrel out of the box to help. Works well, now. Decent size, not too bulky. Cleans the box great, not sure how the smell is going to be, playing that by ear. Overall, a good litter box if you’re looking to save some money. Edit: Be sure to buy a very good clumping litter, as sometimes the cat’s waste can be smeared around the rotator, rather than fall through to the bin at the bottom. Also, it helps if your cat covers up his waste after he goes. The smell is definitely better than how it was with my old/normal litter box. Be sure to not get the litter box wet, I was unfortunate enough to not notice the “do not get wet” sticker, and washed mine with water, rather than a wet cloth, and I had to end up getting a new one because it wouldn’t turn on. I would still recommend this litter box if you’re looking for an automatic one on a budget. ... show more

I should have bought this a long time ago. This model is very quiet and easy to install. I bought 2 units the iPhone app is nice to schedule cleaning. I also bought a ring desk top camera to watch if they are using it. I had my cats get acquainted with the unit and put a disposable pad inside. My other cat was sleeping inside already and my other cat sat inside thinking this a cool house. When I put litter In it my other cat peed in it. The cleaning cycle works great as described only thing is it does require a small refill after cleaning it dumps a lot of litter clumps. The sensor is nice to have but I noticed when it’s doing a cleaning cycle the cats are curious and look inside the unit and then it stops half way done. So now I’ll just turn off the sensor and it will clean automatically after it’s been used. ... show more

Its really cool cute. Does what it says. I ordered this one because it was the biggest 1 and it's still way too small.My cat goes in any can't really turn around , so he just poops out of it because he's turned the wrong way and the poop ends up on the step. I do have really big cats. But this is very tiny for the price. The noise is so loud only one cat is brave enough to go in. The cleaning process takes a few min n the noise makes them run away. Hoped I could toss tje old one. But now I guess we just have to have multiple since only one can figure out this one ... show more

This litter box is a game changer, both of my kittens were skeptical at first but once they started using it, its made my life so much easier. I have to change the bag and add litter twice a week but its super easy to do, takes less than a minute. Well worth the money!
