I tried this on a whim after reading reviews and while expensive, it gives a long lasting shine and covers abrasions better than anything I tried before. Buy it you won’t regret it it.

Several reviewers have complained they were unable to get a mirror-like shine or that the product is no better than less expensive products. Well, maybe it's because your technique is wrong. If you simply apply and buff, then you will never get a high-quality result and should stick to using Kiwi. With this product, you should be applying in multiple layers with intermittent use of a water & isopropyl alcohol solution. Specifically this should only be done on the toe box (or other areas that do not crease). There are several excellent videos on YouTube by "The Elegant Oxford" where you can learn the proper technique. ... show more

I bought 3 cans of this stuff in various colors thinking it was going to be superior at this price and it turns out it's no better than cheap Kiwi shoe polish. I've been in the military so I know how to shine a shoe and make them shine like glass. My thinking was at this price it'll require less effort to do that. Nope. Great shoe polish but very pricey (3x the competition) and you still need other products to "mirror shine" your shoes. All the You-Tube video's on their products show great results.
