Bought 4 different self cleaning litter boxes before settling on this one due to the large # of good reviews. Very satisfied. Have had it for 5 months now and never looked back. I removed the liner and just taped over the holes at the bottom bc it's easier to clean for me that way. You do need to clean it once every 2 weeks or so but that's unavoidable. Out of the like 6 different auto litter boxes I've owned, this one is the easiest to clean and least of a chore. I click the "dump all litter" button, then spray it down in the bathtub, then spray down the bathtub. Used some cat urine enzymatic cleaner to spray down the plastic so it wouldn't get dirty as easily. There is no smell. Only potential issue is once in a while (once a month or so) the rotating shell will get stuck when rotating backwards and requires me to manually set it back in place. That could be an issue while I'm traveling. But 95% of the time it functions automatically without issue.

I’ve been using this self-cleaning litter box for a few weeks now, and it’s made a huge difference in keeping the house cleaner and reducing daily maintenance. Setup was straightforward, and the automatic cleaning cycle works reliably after each use. Odor control is noticeably better compared to a traditional litter box, and I no longer have to scoop multiple times a day. What impressed me most is how quiet the unit is — it doesn’t startle my cat, and the waste drawer is easy to empty without making a mess. The app notifications and tracking features are also helpful for monitoring usage and cleaning schedules. It’s definitely an investment, but for convenience, cleanliness, and time saved, I think it’s worth it. If you have one or multiple cats and want less hassle with litter maintenance, I’d highly recommend it.

Update:: unfortunately it stopped emptying the waste so I reached out to the company and have tried everything they showed and told me to do and it’s still not working. I’m having to scoop the waste out. I would like either a replacement or a refund which I have asked the company numerous times. First this is an honest opinion and my thoughts on this litter box. Had a problem the first time trying it and found out the litter I was using is to light weight so bought Arm & Hammer slide litter and it works great no more sticking to things I do like this litter box as far as sturdiness go it’s great didn’t find any leaks everything fell where it’s to assembly was very easy and didn’t take me long to put it together,what I like is it doesn’t take up a lot of room so the fit is perfect for me. Why I took one start off is because using it for a day & a half I could smell it so had to replace the liner, was hoping it actually wouldn’t stink after a day and a half. Cleaning the whole thing is real easy and fast much better than a regular litter box. It’s nice to get up in the morning and not have too clean the litter box. Update::: I wish they would make a metal pan to put in because the plastic picks up the smell even with a bag in it. So I have to wash it every time I empty the litter bag. Other than that it’s a really good automatic litter box and price is very good. Update:: what I did to help with the plastic box that catch’s the waste was to line with with aluminum foil then I put two litter bags in,I also decided to put a little clean litter in the bottom and I’m happy to say it’s working great. Unfortunately plastic will hold odor which my plastic litter boxes did…wish they would make a metal piece to put in the bottom which would help with the odor. Still it’s a great litter box and I’m glad I bought it.

I got fired by my kitties as their Supervising Littler Scooper soI finally broke down and decided to spend a couple hundred on a liter box. To my surprise I wish I had bought this thing sooner. The setup looked like it was going to require an engineering degree, but it was actually super easy and the instructions were clear. Took 10 mins max I use clay clumping litter with two adult cats and it’s been great. It’s surprisingly quiet. The sensors work well too and it lets you know when the waste bin needs attention. Best part? No smell. Seriously. I haven’t even installed the air freshener that came with it and there’s still no litter box odor hanging around. My cats are happy, my house doesn’t smell like a cat bathroom, and I don’t have to scoop every day. Worth every penny.

I have tried other Self Cleaning Litter Boxes. This one has been by far the best one. It is easy to install (Just make sure the legs are securely on and on a level spot so the device can work correctly), keep clean (once a week I change the bin and add more litter, then fully change once a month), reduced smell (I found that what kind of litter you use makes a difference. I use "Naturally Fresh walnut shell cat litter" It is amazing 💕) and Finally the safety is everything I needed due to one of my cats presses the clean button after ever use. He then will assist by reaching in to help the litter go into the bottom bin. It stops everytime he reaches in 😸 I have been lucky he does not press the empty button 🤣 I use way less litter due to the efficiency of the self cleaning litter box. My Cats would like to Thank you for the stress free potty time 😻🐈😸

My cats love their new litter box! They have been using this litter box for a couple of months now and it has been fantastic; especially for me (their butler). I upgraded to this one from a smaller, more enclosed version with a rear collection drawer that was absolutely awful. It leaked urine into the base and onto the floor, smelled horrible constantly despite deep cleaning it once per week. It also wasted so much litter and I felt like I was adding new litter daily. This litter box has been a game changer. I love the easily accessible waste collection drawer that truly is smell-proof. It came with a deodorizer add-in that works well. I don't have to change the waste collection bag more than once per week, and doing so is super easy. No more getting my hands dirty or touching nasty, leaky collection drawers. This box cleans the litter very well with rotation and definitely uses a lot less litter than our previous litter box. Now a jug of scoopable litter lasts me about 3 weeks. My cats seem to appreciate the open design and took to it very quickly. Setup was super easy and the app is great. Very happy with my purchase and the product.

I have always wanted to have a cat but cleaning the litter box was the main turn off. I don't do too well with smells and I know that a kitty can stink up a house. This self cleaning miracle is life changing! It is like having a maid to clean after my cat and I never see or smell the mess! It is so quiet too. The only sound I ever hear is litter moving in the box when it's cleaning. No odor either. I have one kitten and change the bag every 4-5 days - but I also use larger pellets so they give more volume. With the clay one I went a week and still had no scent of a cat in the house. My cat had no problems adjusting to it either. If anything, he was super curious and enjoyed watching it turn over - it pauses instantly if the kitty tries to go back in. Having an app is nice to know if the bathroom trips are consistent and how long they last. Frequent in and out sessions could be a health concern. So very helpful when you are not at home. I love it. I’m genuinely impressed with this self-cleaning litter box. Setup was quick and easy, and it started working perfectly right away. The automatic cleaning feature has made a huge difference — no more scooping multiple times a day, and the area around the litter box stays much cleaner and fresher. My cat adjusted to it surprisingly fast, and it runs quietly enough that it doesn’t scare her at all. I’ve also noticed there’s much less odor compared to a traditional litter box.
