You get old and experience hearing loss, You need hearing aids Buy these. I did several times. I keep coming back for more.. I left a pair in my shirt pocket, ran them through the washing machine. One of them still worked. I dried the other out in the freezer then the hair dryer and got it working but it wasn't right. I bought more. The seller felt sorry for me and gave me a reduced price. This is a great basic hearing aid. I've had others that need to be controlled by an app and some that are very difficult to adjust. This is for my elderly father who does not do well with phone apps or fine adjustments, since his hand dexterity isn't what it used to be. The thing I like most about this one is that it's simple to use. The only adjustments are volume, and it's a simple up and down button you press on the device. You can long press it in order to get into the Bluetooth pairing, But we are just going to use it as a hearing aid and don't need to connect it for music so we probably won't be using the app. Sound amplification is good, with a peak decibel gain of 40DB. I would have preferred a little bit higher since my dad has profound hearing loss, but I'm hoping that this is good enough for him to use as a backup to his expensive professional unit. The volume goes up and down in steps between one and 6, and a voice tells you what level it is at. There was very little squealing since the earbud size was perfect for his ear. The sound quality was good - very little hissing or background noise, and the sound of my own voice wasn't too disturbing. The device itself is a bit delicate, but that contributes to it being barely noticeable when in the ear. I'm very happy with this high quality product.

Using the Forsound app I am able to check hearing in each ear for different frequencies and make adjustment for individual frequency levels. (many cheaper units are just amplifiers that amplify everything equally, the difference between hearing "aid" and hearing "amplifier") I was not able to use the other app called "Dolphin Hearing" as that requires Android 13 and my phone only has Android 12, but the Forsound app was useful enough that that was not a big deal. I am still in the process of fine tuning the levels for the different frequency levels so as to try to help my clarity of hearing for frequencies that I need help with but it will be worth the effort, especially when I no longer have to have my wife repeat herself, ha, ha !

This is a pretty good hearing aid set that is made for those who are having difficulty hearing, the elderly or someone in need of a more amplified hearing experience. The hearing aids charge in the included case which is nice so you can get multiple charges from the case before needing to recharge the case and the headphones at the same time. You can connect the hearing aids to their app to get a better experience with all of the functions that these hearing aids offer. You can download two apps which are dolphin hearing and forsound to get to the different options hearing available for your hearing aids. They worked well in my testing and I think I will let my family member try them on to see if they have a better experience hearing because of the hearing loss that they've experienced. You can also use these hearing aids for noise canceling if you are talking on the phone, watching a movie or listening to music. They work well for those situations as well. Hopefully these hearing aids last a long time because they are quite expensive at $300 for a non-personalized set of hearing aids.

Nice slick design, comparable to the really expensive hearing aids from doctors office. The overall function and use makes them worth it because they connect to blue tooth devices making phone calls easy. Fast charge too and comfortable.

Says hearing aid in the ad but the box from the vendor says hearing amplifier. Downloaded app three times and every time I asked it to connect it did and then disconnected. Would not stay connected. Could not get any volume except a little in the right ear nothing in the left. Went to blue tooth and it said they were connected for calls and not anything else. Tried the support contact could not understand hardly anything said. I buy hearing aid because I am almost deaf I don't need dealing with out of country support from poor english speaking ladies.
