Although I was a bit disappointed to find that the parts to convert to natural gas were not included, I was delighted by the level of customer support provided promptly and cheerfully to provide the parts and instructions required in a timely manner. Great product and fairly priced. Provides the right amount of heat and atmospheric "vibe" with the flames. Assembly took less than an 45 minutes and we've used about 20 times in less than a month. Panels easily remove for tank change. FYI: changing tank requires you to bend and lean in to get tank into the table to the right position/seat. Note to anyone shopping propane tank supplied fire pits...the propane exhausts fast when burning flame on high and for about 3-4 hours. If needed, I would buy another one and recommend.

Watch the videos sent to you to understand how to assemble it correctly. The written instructions are less good. SUPERB customer service from Carol. My glass came with a small chip on the inside edge and Carol had a replacement piece sent to me quickly and well packed. The one draw back is that if you want Natural Gas, the parts to convert it are not easily available (yet-hopefully soon). After explaining that these specific supplies are not easily available online or at a store, Carol had them sent to me. I'd suggest the manufacturer either include them or make them easily available. So far running on propane but do plan to convert it once we validate placement for the gas line.

It’s just as pictured. As others said the battery operated ignition button doesn’t work. You have to use a lighter or matches, which is sad. Otherwise it’s great for the price. I got the separate cover that others said was better. The wind glass is great. I think it’s worth saving the $400 even with having to use a lighter. Most other fire tables cost $800 And don’t come with the glass. So to me It’s perfect regardless.

Giving this a 4 out of 5, I have not started it yet but after the initial build I am very pleased with the quality and look of the table. Only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is 2 minor manufacturing issues. 2 of the screws holding the tabletop would not screw in all the way even with a powerful Drill. Additionally, the metal cover was slightly dented with the knob attaches, the screw was the same size as the opening so you could pull the knob off, again not that big of deal as I used a longer/bigger screw with a lock washer to hold the knob in place. Very pleased with the seller and delivery was faster than expected. Would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

This is a great fire pit table! It has very high-end looks at an affordable price. The fact that it comes with a glass windshield, and a waterproof cover makes it even more appealing. Besides looking great and being very versatile, the heat output is excellent, especially when used without the glass windshield. We also use it as a coffee table by removing the glass windshield. It was easy to assemble. It only took about 30 minutes. On top of it being a quality product, the customer support is first class. I lost a silicone foot for the base of the glass windshield and the manufacturer sent me a replacement set in under a week. I can’t recommend this table enough! It will transform your backyard into a cozy gathering spot.
