The hearing aid itself is compact and lightweight; once positioned correctly, it doesn't feel burdensome at all. I also really appreciate its intuitive and simple operation. I found it worthwhile to take the time to experiment with different settings, given how much listening environments can vary. When chatting with family or watching TV at home, I usually prefer a lower volume setting that offers a more comfortable listening experience; however, in noisy environments—such as places with background chatter or other ambient sounds—I make slight adjustments based on the situation. One of the main reasons I chose this hearing aid is that it operates without an app. The rechargeable battery makes daily use even more convenient. I like being able to put the hearing aid in the charging case when not in use, rather than frequently changing disposable batteries. Each charge provides 25 hours of operation, which is more than enough for a full day of normal use. For someone like me who prefers simple operation, this hearing aid is both convenient and easy to use.

We have tried so many different brands these years. We finally snapped these hearing aids that offer all the essential features we long for, more importantly, that my dad has no complaint wearing on a regular basis. He mostly wears them when he is spending time with family, watching TV, or having chats at home. The lightweight design is a great advantage over other products. There is no app access, so he doesn't have to use his phone to modify settings. He is able to make basic adjustments right on the hearing aids, which has been considerably easier for him. At the end of the day, I am glad to see the convenience that they have brought to my dad's every life.
