I own quite a few LifePro products and I have never regretted it. I was given the opportunity to test the Hyperextension Roman Chair and it lives up to the quality that I have come to expect from LifePro. I have never been good at assembling products, but this Roman chair is the exception. Everything I needed was neatly labeled and packaged together and the instructions were easy for me to understand so that I was able to put it together myself. I primarily use this for back extensions and incline push ups, and it works very well. I am 5’11” and I can use this easily due to the sturdy build of the chair. I am working on trying other exercises with it. I love the space saving design as it folds up very easily and because it’s lightweight, it’s very easy to move wherever you need it. I run and hike and this Roman chair is helping me strengthen my glutes and core, which I very much appreciate. LifePro is a wonderful company who is very much focused on customer service. Their Lifetime Guarantee is amazing so when you buy from them, it is a positive investment in your health and fitness. You won’t be disappointed!

I got the Multipurpose Roman chair a couple months ago. I wanted to wait to make sure I could truly give an honest review. It is very light-weight, quick to assemble. We move it around the gym a lot and is no trouble. Both my husband and I are able to use it in many exercises. I prefer to use it for working on flexibility and core, my husband uses it for the strength building with weights. The options on how to use this is great because it is so versatile. If I gave any con about the product, I would recommend the base be a bit wider, especially if you are doing faster movements on it. I feel like I could move it with my movements... but I can be a lot when I am into the workout sometimes!! lol. At the same time, it could be how we have it situated, and, it is portable/compact so it is an even trade for me. We slowly add pieces into our gym and so this is a perfect fit! It is also great for those who are in a smaller living space because it is compact and you can do so many things with it. BOTTOM LINE: If I am looking for any type of health product, I look to Lifepro first. Their prices are amazing, the quality is phenomenal and their customer service is even better than their products. If you do choose to purchase a Lifepro product, be sure to join their FB group. The support is so helpful! I have 6 of their products and will continue to use them as my source because I trust the company this much. If there is ever anything wrong with your item, reach out to them and they will help resolve your issue. This is truly a company that cares not only about their products, but cares more about their customers. They even take suggestions on future products! So if you are thinking about it... just do it, you won't regret it!!

I purchased this product to strengthen my lower back. I was experiencing lower back and hip pain. I’ve only used it twice so far because it took forever to assemble. That’s why I gave it four stars. One bolt didn’t fit at all. After it was ready to go, I hopped on and tested it out. I immediately felt a nice stretch in the lower back and hamstrings. My back was pain free for about four hours. This was exciting! I slept well and woke up in less pain. This morning, after working on the chair, the results were the same. I’m hooked! Looking forward to adding weights in the future and getting stronger. My back is thanking me for purchasing this Roman chair. It’s comfortable, sturdy (I’m a big gal), and looks/feels well made. Overall, I’m pretty happy.

I bought the LifePro Roman chair to help strengthen my posterior chain. I remember using similar equipment at a large gym chain and it was one of my favorite pieces of equipment. LifePro is the perfect addition to my home gym. It is easy to put together, lightweight enough to move around, but sturdy/stable when using. It is easily adjustable to accommodate people of different heights. The padding provides the right amount of cushion to keep pressure points comfortable during all angles of exercise. And the price point is great. I’d recommend this product to others.

The price is great for what we use it for and it does get used almost daily. There are three members of my family that use routinely. As mom, one of my favorite things is how easily it folds up and tucks away when it's not needed. Otherwise it lives in the center of my living room! We've now owned this for a little more than a year and a half (purchased September 2024) and it is just as good as it was the day we bought it. Not only is the frame itself sturdy but the seats and backing are still holding up really well. No rips, no tears. Not even any scuff marks with our frequent use. Highly recommend (especially If this is for family use. In our family, there's nobody over 6 ft or more than 200 lb. So I'm not sure how much higher the limit is on it.)

I loved this bench; this was perfect for different workouts. I love the flexibility of the bench, so I can store it when I'm not using it. The cushions were comfortable and of great quality. I easily set this bench up in 10 minutes, fast and easy. Overall, well spent money and was pretty pleased.

Probably great for women. If you are a guy with a bat and balls you Will squish them like they owed you money. Seemed like an okay price and it's easy to put together and use but my nuts 🥜🥜 and thingy, there is no room for them. Please make a male version, I'll try the first one 😁
