When I assembled it, the seat had a small rip in it and I sent an email to them on a Saturday. I didn't expect to hear back from them until Monday but they responded in a few hours and asked me to send a picture of the seat. I did and they responded the next day and said they would ship a new seat on Monday. They shipped the seat on Monday just like they said they would and it arrived in four days. Assemble was easy and you use metal key ins to hold things in place such as the base seat and to adjust the incline of the bench. Comfortable especially for doing bench presses. Haven't used the bars for the chest dips enough and each time I try I find the bench tips over a bit. However I am sure having a weight at the end of the bench should counter act this movement. I also haven't used the tension ropes enough outside of some triceps exercises and chest flys. It could also be I never been a person who used ropes at a real gym. Overall this is a great bench and does the job well. One thing I should note is I don't own an Olympic sized bar nor own metal weights. All my weights are rubber and I bought them through amazon here's the link to that, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L625TFK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . This rack is too small to fit a normal adult human being. Maybe it could fit a 12 year old. You can't bench due to the rack being so narrow. Normal bench grip is blocked by the rack itself. The incline is not an option due to the rack holding the weight 8 inches behind your head. This rack advertises the ability to fold up and use for squats. The max height is 36 inches and a toddler wouldn't be able to squat. You can only adjust up and down one inch. I would not suggest this for anyone looking to lift. I kid you not, your average shoulder width adult will not fit between it. You will have to start diamond grip or extra wide to even lift off because of the rack being in the way. SEE THE STANDARD OLYMPIC BARBELL 7FT MARKINGS FOR REFRENCE (WHERE YOUR PINKIES SHOULD BE) If you throw 2-3 plates on you won't be able to adjust. Installing was super easy and I was excited, but I couldn't use it. I'm 6ft 190lbs and I have my brother for reference on the bench. He is about the same size. Great bench but you labeled every part wrong and it's locations are all screwed up. You engineer a quality product and put stickers on foam that gripped so much it ripped the foam on the pads. The set fits its purpose. Sturdy and easy to assembly. In my specific case there was a problem with the screw in one of the pieces and I contacted support and they sent me the replacement parts second day at no charge. Excellent customer support.
