Bench is decent, mostly does exactly what it's supposed to do. Only problem is the foam leg holders are not adjustable and are obviously designed for short people, forcing people with long legs to either not use them or have poor form due to how short the seat is. Not a major problem but disappointing since it severely limits the functionality of the decline position on the bench and guarantees that this will never be more than just a starter bench. ... show more

Love this new addition in the garage gym! I started working out in March and this thing has been supporting me as I’ve lost 22 pounds. It was suspiciously easy to put together and while it’s not as heavy and bulky as a professional bench, it’s definitely solid enough to hold a 300+ pound man and dumbbells up to 50 pounds. As the adage goes, you get what you pay for. That being said, this bench is good enough. It’s easy to assemble and nice to look at. However, it lacks in mobility. The notches for the height in the bench are inconsistent so there are a few positions I can’t put it in. You can’t adjust the seat portion so when you’re at a certain incline, I tend to slide a bit down the seat. Overall it’s just okay, but for the money, it’s good enough. ... show more
