Was very easy to assemble. I like the adjustable backrest - works for quite a few exercises. Seems quite sturdy so far- the height is comfortable for me at 5’3. The seat is not too soft - and wide enough. All in all a good purchase

I have purchased and assembled three or four weight benches over the last few years. This one is by far the easiest one to assemble! Just two bolts and two pins and it’s done! They even provide the tools needed for assembly. While I haven’t used it much yet, it seems sturdy and structurally sound. I like the easy bench height adjustment rod. Not fancy, easy to use, and easy to quickly adjust. My last bench had these fancy “pull-out” knobs and pins that fit into holes in an adjustable sleeve. After a while, those pins began to slip out of the holes right when I was holding dumbbells over my chest. With 160 pounds of combined weight being held up over my body, the pin would pop out and the bench would suddenly drop nearly causing me to drop the weights onto my head and chest! Lesson Learned: Go for utility and practicality over fancy and expensive.

This is a nice starter bench (see what I did there?). It works well and assembly is a breeze. The assembly instructions were fairly straight forward and easy to follow. One of the things I really like about it is the adjustability. If you want to do incline, decline or flat exercises it works great for that and is quick/easy to adjust. The bench supports my rather substantial size (6ft, 240lbs) without any issue and allows me to do weighted workouts on my back or flip up to a knee without any issues. It actually holds up pretty well without much wobble or shifting. I'm not going to say it's as stalwart as a really nice bench but for a starter bench it's a solid place to begin your weight lifting journey. If you're just getting going, this is the bench for you. If you're a more advanced lifter and looking for something professional grade, this ain't it. But for me, where I'm at on rebuilding my fitness, it's a great place to start.

I got this here bench-a-mathing for home physical therapy. It was on sale for a ridiculous low price. It has a silly name. But do not let that fool you. This is a very nice bench for the price. I used to be a gym rat many years ago. I have used many kinds of workout benches that cost hundreds of dollars more than this thing-a-madoodle. For what I need it for, it is perfect. The material and quality of the build are quite good. It is sturdy. Even for my 6 foot, aging, cushiony body. Am I pleased with this crime of a purchase, YES! Do I know some poor sod in China made this thing for pennies, also yes. Did that same person or persons in China do a bang up job making this thing. Yeah, they actually did. And I would happily send my thanks to the low wage factory workers that made this thing. My conscious is not clear. I do not sleep well knowing I bought this so cheaply. I do not sleep well anyway. I am 60 and have pain every damn day. That is why I got this here bency-macbench. To try and fix my broken body that is falling apart much faster than this bench ever will. In fact, I am putting this here bench-of-benches in my will, so I can pass it on to some lucky distant relative, charity or newly acquired friend who lusts after my awesome new workout bench! BOOM!

Extremely versatile and easy to assemble and adjust. It’s thick enough to not feel like you are on the floor. It is lightweight, so sturdiness is questionable for some workouts. Overall, would get if you are doing simple exercises!

I have been looking for these type of weights. The reviews looked good for these, but I was skeptical at the quality. They arrived safely packed, and Styrofoam and in a box that was easy to lift. Super easy to put together and move about. I like that you can easily change between 5 pound and 25 pound and it makes my workout so much better and faster. I have no issues with this product and I would buy it again.
