I purchased this bench to do some home workouts and this wasn’t the first bench I got but let me say the other one sat way too high for a 5’8” person. I felt like I needed to be 6 feet or taller to use that other bench and it had a weird angle for 0 degrees. Anyway back to this current bench I got in place of the bad one. This one was so easy to set up when it arrived. The only thing I needed to bolt on was the front leg and that was all. It has two pull pins to hold it together and just remove those two pins and the bench can collapse to be stored under the desk or under the bed. The bench felt sturdy and I could quickly adjust my recline level angle. I like it and although it’s a bit short on the head part my head is just at the very end of the bench. It does fold up to be storable and compact.

This is the perfect weight bench for the home! Adjustable, and foldable. It feels strong and stable, easy to adjust, and fold. The setup was very simple and easy. It came with a guide sheet of exercises you can do with the bench, really appreciate that! Highly recommend the bench!

This is a very good adjustable weight bench for the price. It feels solid during workouts and the adjustable positions make it versatile for a variety of exercises. My only complaints are that it could be a little sturdier, especially under heavier weight, and the padding could be a bit more comfortable. That said, neither issue is a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a well-made bench that works great for home workouts and offers good value for the money.

As I am getting older I have learned that working out is not about having the fanciest equipment but the will and discipline to do it . I am not 100% there yet but Having this affordable option has helped me in my journey. It works well for my needs . I am not gonna suddenly start lifting 200lbs. For me 60 lbs dumbells are more than enough and having a bench has helped me keep working out .Ofcourse the padding could be thicker but then the price wouldve been higher too. Its sturdy enough, has different positions and relatively easy to fold. So yaeah, 5 stars .

Great option for your at home gym. It was easy to assemble and looks very nice. I would say it’s SLIGHTLY unstable which is why I gave it 4 stars but it works fine for our needs. It’s a pretty average size for a weight bench so it’s not easy to hide away but nothing too annoying.
