Note: the equipment I’ve purchased is to try to get back in shape after a lengthy illness. I am a female and I am not looking for equipment that will support/hold extremely heavy weights. One hundred pounds max is fine at this point. That said… The bench itself is very stable and I’ve had no problem with tipping. The back support when laying flat is comfortable and I can easily do chest presses with a bar or free weights. The back easily lifts for different setting positions. The only issue I have is there is a fairly large space between the back and the seat. I use a rolled up towel to put in the gap And I am working on making a memory foam pad to slip in between so it is more comfortable. As to leg lifts, the cylindrical pads that support/comes in contact with the popliteal/knee pit area Causes some discomfort. Traditional Jim leg lift machines just let your knees hang over the edge of the seat which is much more comfortable. Other than that there’s a little wobble in the leg lift mechanism which is good. Not really using the forward abs/back feature because I have a Roman chair. All in all if you’re looking for a well constructed and designed multi feature bench this is a good choice.

Bought as gift for grandson. He loves it. His dad loves that it can fold up, so it shares floor space with the folding treadmill instead of needing a separate area.

I like the workout bench I like how it's Compact and it folds up for Easy Storage I wish that they would have gave like an instruction booklet on how to do different activities. That's why I'm only giving it a three star

Kind of a pain to put together. The back bench doesn’t State parallel to the ground, it’s slightly leans down a little bit because the peg on the bottom only goes on one side of the frame it doesn’t go all the way through both sides of the frame. It feels like it might give out which is scary. I did email the company with pictures and photos but they haven’t even reached back out to me and it’s been about three months now. The leg curl doesn’t go back as far as I thought it would either so you can’t get a full rep from it.

After reading reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase this bench even though there were a few complaints. The only issue I had and also agree with other reviews is the large gap between the cushions on the bench. I remedied the problem by unscrewing the pre-attached cushion seat and flipping it around. It seem to work perfectly!
