I'm updating my original review from 2 stars to 5. I had originally left it with 2 stars due to experiencing a frustrating wobble in the frame and dealing with screws frequently coming undone at the legs. Flybird's customer service was VERY good - they were genuinely interested in identifying the source of the problem, and shipped me a new bench very quickly. The new bench is much sturdier and absolutely meets all of my expectations. I think the original must have had a slight defect or damage in shipping - not sure. Either way, Flybird proved to me that they fully stand by the quality of their product and want to ensure their customers get their money's worth.

TLDR: Good quality bench for the price; added washers to screws for less wobble. I wanted to add a bench to my mini home gym to expand the types of workouts I could do. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, because I knew I’d want to upgrade later on. I saw this bench 2 main places; first was the enormous amount of reviews here on Amazon, and second was a review from Garage Gym Reviews on YouTube. I got this bench for right around $110 which I think is the right price. It comes mostly put together with the exception of the feet which is where the stability struggles. I noticed significant wobble at this location. I had some extra washers that fit the screws and it fixed this issue. I have seen a few reviews stating the bench failed in the middle. While I don’t doubt this, it seems to be primarily from the center pin falling out, which could happen when moving the bench around or folding it out of storage. I would recommend checking that pin each time you use it. Or if you don’t intend to fold it up, find a way to zip tie it in place. I don’t intend to do any heavy lifts on this bench, and I expect it to only last a few years, and by then I will hopefully have a bigger gym and will be ready to replace it.

While this may not be the lowest priced weight bench being sold on Amazon, it is worth it's price. It is sturdily made, simple to assemble, and easy to fold up and store. The seat hinges at the back, and it's angle can be changed independent of the back with spring loaded adjustment pins that insert into holes in the support braces. The back likewise adjusts. It's a solid bench and meets my needs and expectations. I would buy again.

I really like this bench. Some reviews say that it is not well made. This bench is a perfect upgrade for me. I really like the adjustment that can be made. Very sturdy bench and I am happy with my purchase.
