To be honest I almost gave up because assembly was confusing. The quality of the parts seems good and once assembled it is pretty sturdy.

It looks a little silly but I like how it encourages you to use a smooth motion that works your abs. The counter is okay but I end up counting in my head since I can't actually see the counter when exercising. It does not take very long to start feeling the burn in your abs. I have been using it daily for a few weeks now and I can feel the difference. It's relatively compact, so I don't mind the size. I won't count on folding it up every time you use it. It is possible but there is unscrewing and disassembly that is more effort than I think it's worth to put away unless you are really tight on space. I rather leave it out to remind me to use it in the morning and before bed. It feels reasonably stable to me but if you have balance problems this may night be the best option. You will need to keep your weight centered while using it. The narrow frame would be concerning if I was not comfortable with maintaining a low center of gravity. ... show more

This is a definite game changer for your core workout! It is very easy to assemble, it does not take very long to get the few pieces together, the hardware and hand tools are included for ease and organization! The instructions are wonderful, very thorough and easy to understand! Very stable once put together and gives a great workout! This is quite a workout! The padding for the knees was very helpful. Though i only did a bunch of random 5 minute workouts, I can see that there could be an issue with stress on the joints despite the padding. At the same time, once I build a tolerance for the workout duration, it might become a moot point. It's small enough that you can easily set it against the wall.
