I’ve been using this bench for a couple of weeks and it’s been great for my home workouts. The setup didn’t take forever, and once it was done, it felt sturdy. I’ve been doing bench presses, leg extensions, and preacher curls on it, and it holds up really well without wobbling. What I really like is how versatile it is—yesterday I did a full upper body routine (bench press, shoulder press, preacher curls), and the next day I used it for leg day with squats and extensions.
