Before purchasing, I carefully examined its functions and reviews. It's a multi-functional exercise equipment that doesn't take up much space and has received very good reviews. So I decided to buy it and give it a try. After receiving it, I opened the package. The entire product was tightly packed and had excellent transportation protection. The accessories are classified and bundled together. According to the illustration, the installation is very simple. The entire set of installation takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The entire equipment structure is reliable and stable. After using it for half a month, I'm very satisfied. The backrest filling is neither too hard nor too soft, which is very comfortable. Moreover, the hanging plate design on the equipment brings convenience for adding or removing iron plates. Next, I plan to purchase some more iron plates on Amazon to meet my exercise needs. This was a pleasant purchasing experience. Both the product introduction and the reviews were consistent with the description. Highly recommended.

Its a solid bench press with nothing too fancy about it. If you're taller, I would suggest looking into other options. I'm 6'1 and I can hardly fit into the leg extension/curl. I have to fully lay down on the bench to be able to almost get full movement on those exercises.

I did a lot of research on olympic benches before purchasing this Maidoma and I am pleased with my decision. The bench is quite sturdy and with many features, especially for the price. It was relatively easy to assemble and with clear instructions.

I have not used it yet, but I have put it together and it was easy to put together and seem to be a quality product. I am disappointed in the seller for telling me that the product listed that weights are not included; because I have read all details several times and I did not see such information.
