This is by far the best in home bench. If you're comparing this to any of the similar ones on Amazon, you have the best one right here. Take it from someone who's looked into several, purchased a few, only to have them not be what they say they are, break within a week or just have been a waste. This one is perfect, durable and has many features most do not have My husband has worked out his entire life & trained others, so working out is a part of life for him. Recently he hasn't been able to get to the gym as much as he likes, so we purchased this & these are our highlights: *It fold up quickly & with ease, which is a great space saver *It is durable, easy to use *It can be adjusted & can actually fit us both (he is 6'1" & I am 5'2") *It comes with spotter arms which is a great safety measure if you dont have a spotter. They allow you to confidently benchpress alone and they can be moved to the backside where you can do squat lifts safely *It has features that you don't usually find all together on other benches- you can do "chest flys"/butterflies, preacher curls, leg lifts, bench press, squat lift and more- all with the one machine *The barbell rack is also adjustable *This is great for my light workouts & durable enough to withstand his heavy workouts Overall this has been a great purchase, there isn't any complaints. I had a small issue that was quickly responded to & fixed which also gives the seller a 5 star rating for their excellent customer service!

I did a lot of research on olympic benches before purchasing this Maidoma and I am pleased with my decision. The bench is quite sturdy and with many features, especially for the price. It was relatively easy to assemble and with clear instructions.

I’ve been using this bench for a couple of weeks and it’s been great for my home workouts. The setup didn’t take forever, and once it was done, it felt sturdy. I’ve been doing bench presses, leg extensions, and preacher curls on it, and it holds up really well without wobbling. What I really like is how versatile it is—yesterday I did a full upper body routine (bench press, shoulder press, preacher curls), and the next day I used it for leg day with squats and extensions. Having the safety bar catches is a big relief when I’m working out alone. It also folds up enough so it doesn’t take over my entire room, which is nice since I don’t have a huge space. For anyone wanting a reliable all-in-one setup without needing a full gym, this does the job perfectly.

You should know that this is a very small set. I am 6'4" tall, and this does not work for me, at all. I can barely squeeze in there to get on the bench. My head hits the bar when I lean back to do a bench press. There is no way to get my head in there. I have to lean sideways, and struggle to fit my head under the bar. Then when I am in there, I do a bench press only to find that my body is so tall, that the bar goes up and hits the catch bar. I can't exercise on this thing!! Now I am trying to return it and they said yes, but sent me a label a couple of days later, but it is blank, and says "place postage here" and also says that I am free to use any shipping company, and I pay for all cost. SO I look up the way THEY sent it by looking at the label, it was FEDEX ground, so I looked up the cost, and it was $545 for shipping. Now that's just ridiculous. The weight bench only cost me $187. So I called Amazon customer service, spoke to a robot for 25 minutes, frustrated with the AI robot not knowing how to solve complicated problems like this one I was having, FINALLY, it transfers me to a human, and I get customer service. A nice lady comes on, and she explains the process, and says that she will contact the seller and request a paid shipping label. If that doesn't work, because she says they don't have to agree, then we can go through the A to Z guarantee. What a hassle!!!
