Its a solid bench press with nothing too fancy about it. If you're taller, I would suggest looking into other options. I'm 6'1 and I can hardly fit into the leg extension/curl. I have to fully lay down on the bench to be able to almost get full movement on those exercises.

I have not used it yet, but I have put it together and it was easy to put together and seem to be a quality product. I am disappointed in the seller for telling me that the product listed that weights are not included; because I have read all details several times and I did not see such information.

So I wish the instructions were clearer. I definitely put something on backwards towards the beginning and had to undo my work. Plus, the bars aren’t labeled so you’re looking at the instructions thinking do I have the right bar? I put it together in like 1.5 hrs by myself. Grateful the nuts and bolts were labeled. Careful when opening the box. I sliced right into the cushion of the chair (thankfully not too deep). Would have been nice to have that wrapped better. All together pretty sturdy except for the main bar with the pulley. It wobbles a bit, but nothing I’d be concerned about. My biggest concern is the safety bar at the bottom. It doesn’t hold in place for anything. After like 2-3 sit-ups it pops right off. Could be disastrous if you’re really going at it. I’ll be looking for an alternative to secure that properly. Note: does not come with weights and bar. None of these benches clearly state that. Just wanted to add that for people like me looking for it later!
