This is a good set for most of what you need in a gym set. Assembly was not hard at all I was able to assemble this myself. It is a good size for what you need it for and does not look cheap.

Good bench. Very sturdy. Husband put it together in no time. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish that the head of the seat was easier to move up instead of taking the bar completely out to adjust the seat

You can't beat the price, but I do not enjoy it at all. More material means higher price, so I do get it, but personally I absolutely cannot stand the widtch, the way in which you seat the barbell, or the leg extension. The issue is, when lifting heavy weight, it's super awkward for me to seat the barbel after a set as the red hooks for seating the barbell are far back, there's no bar to hit tp help guide you as you seat the weight. I missed it once and nearly killed my shoulder to try and seat the barbell. The other thing is the width, it's far too tight for you to go wide grip, and event standard grip it seems just a bit too tight. Wheras the leg extension hits a super small range of motion, without the bench itself helping seat you (meaning you just have to grip the lower bench under your rear with your hands as you extend your legs, otherwise it lift you up, and even then low extension so you're not getting a great workout). 3 stars because you get exactly what you pay for and what you need, but had I known how awkward it would be to seat the weight and the tightness of the width of the barbell seat hooks, in addition to the limited range of motion/non-usability of the leg extensions, I'd have chosen a different one for sure. Recommend that you just spend a little extra and get something a little more usable, otherwise like me, you mayt inadvertently workout less because of how much of a pain it is.
