So, I got the first one ($100), and I must say it is nice! My only drawback is that it does not come with the actual weight bar. I would also note that it does not come with a rack to hold the weight plates not in use while using, like the other two do. I mean, you can put them on the foot pad, but then you can not switch between thighs and chest reps (personal thing).
