This bench is a reliable piece of equipment. I really like the squat station on the backside of the bench, which is stable for heavier weights. I also like the versatility of moving the smaller bar rests around. It's more than capable for the weight I use, generally bench in the 200-250 range, and I also use the leg extension and bicep attachment. It is easy to detach. It's a good value for the price. Good quality and gets the job done. You may need to get creative with pullups and dips, but other than that, this is a pretty full package that doesn't take up a lot of space in the garage. ... show more

    • Not Olympic and not sturdy. Poor design

I had high hopes for this addition to my new home gym. Squat rack and preacher curl attachments would safe some space. Sadly this is not the answer. The sliding posts that determine the height of the bench aren’t long enough for it to be stable when extended. The preacher curl attachment came severely bent and sit closer to 3 o’clock rather than 12. The rod for the weights on the leg extension is flimsy and thin and not for Olympic side weights and if it were, there’s no clearance for any larger size plates. The butterfly attachments which seemed like a good idea are poorly designed. They fasten with a bolt and nut which if tightened obviously doesn’t move and kept loose with strip the holes and eventually fall out. Same issue with the flimsy rods for non Olympic size weights and no clearance. Bench length is not ideal for a tall person. I’m 6ft 3 and it’s a little awkward but usable. Racking the weights nearly tips the rack over with just the bar and no weights. Would hate to take it return it but may have no choice. ... show more

I love it the fact that I can fold it away to save space for other equipment. I like that I can do deadlifts right in front of it keep that space for doing aerobic exercises and body weight.
