Relatively easy to set up out of the box, folds down for storage and is straight forward how to use. It is a drastic improvement from just doing crunches on the floor. I was able to triple my reps with this and have been seeing noticeable results in just two weeks.

This is really easy to assemble and very sturdy. I've only used it a couple of times but so far I really like it. I am very sore. If your out of shape you may have a hard time getting started. It's a great workout and I'm very happy with it!

I bought this as an addition to my home gym and based on the many positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I mostly wanted to use this for knee tucks to work my lower abs, and it definitely does the job. I also use it for declined situps. I find it to be sturdy and well constructed. Took about 5 minutes of unboxing, and about 15 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate, and all tools needed were included. This thing absolutely works, after doing 3 sets of 10 knee tucks my abs were burning, and thats on the easy setting! I took off 1 star because the electronic watch counter doesn't work, I really don't care I wasn't going to use it anyway. I suggest you save the included wrenches in case you need to re-tighten the bolts in the future. Great piece of equipment, very effective and at a good price. Highly recommend! ... show more

Easy to set up, easy to use. I definitely feel it when I am done using it. Starting to see results been using it for a month or so. Has been a great addition to my daily exercise. Well worth the money, easy to store. Simpke to adjust. Would recommend to anyone trying to get healthy and build abs.

I pretty much wanted to try it out and not spend a lot of money just yet. So the price was reasonable. The quality is ok but it feels if I were any heavier it wouldn’t last or would break. So for now it’s good. I did try a commercial one and loved it.
