%100 worth it if you aren’t looking to pay more than the listed price in terms of benches I would give it a 3 but for its price it’s a 4. It’s can get a little wobbly but overall after using it for about a month I can say I feel very safe on it. The worst part about this product is the weights! I can only load the weight on the floor the bar is so thin and light if I were to put even 10 pound on one side the other side will come flying up so be careful when loading weight. If you’re looking for just a bench I suggest something else but for the bench and weight it’s a good buy. The building process was very simple you will need to buy some tools because it doesn’t come with the tools need for assembly but everyone should have a wrench laying around the house. A one person job two just makes it easier. Please make sure to clean before use after cleaning it I had about 20 black wipes. I’m pretty happy with my purchase. ... show more

It’s heavy! The box is a 2 person job. Anyway, assembly took about an hour by myself and had some issues with the seat but I managed. I couldn’t be happier. 28 years old, 155pnds 5’10 and in high school I maxed out at 140-150 pounds bench press and this is a great way to start building it back up. I’m excited to work out! I ordered Friday and received it Sunday morning around 9am. And if you think 100pounds in weights are not enough and you haven’t worked out in years.. (it’s more than plenty) I cannot even do 12 in a row on 70pounds on the bar but it’s all about reps right? I have the two 25 pound weights on the leg press for now and do not mind adding more for the legs. It’s worth every bit of $200 you have to be insane not to scoop this up. Yes the bar is a bit smaller but if you’re like me and getting back into things.. go with this before you embarrass yourself at a gym. ... show more

Ok not great. To narrow. Cannot do a proper bench press. A little cheap in quality. Itd be great for a high schooler but otherwise not that good for a person who has worked out most of his or her life. Just ordered a real bench and weights to replace it.

The bench press and weights are very nice and was pretty easy to put together, however due to its heaviness it had a lot of delivery requirements and it took about three weeks to arrive, even though the Amazon site made it look like ot was a two day delivery.
