%100 worth it if you aren’t looking to pay more than the listed price in terms of benches I would give it a 3 but for its price it’s a 4. It’s can get a little wobbly but overall after using it for about a month I can say I feel very safe on it. The worst part about this product is the weights! I can only load the weight on the floor the bar is so thin and light if I were to put even 10 pound on one side the other side will come flying up so be careful when loading weight. If you’re looking for just a bench I suggest something else but for the bench and weight it’s a good buy. The building process was very simple you will need to buy some tools because it doesn’t come with the tools need for assembly but everyone should have a wrench laying around the house. A one person job two just makes it easier. Please make sure to clean before use after cleaning it I had about 20 black wipes. I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

It’s heavy! The box is a 2 person job. Anyway, assembly took about an hour by myself and had some issues with the seat but I managed. I couldn’t be happier. 28 years old, 155pnds 5’10 and in high school I maxed out at 140-150 pounds bench press and this is a great way to start building it back up. I’m excited to work out! I ordered Friday and received it Sunday morning around 9am. And if you think 100pounds in weights are not enough and you haven’t worked out in years.. (it’s more than plenty) I cannot even do 12 in a row on 70pounds on the bar but it’s all about reps right? I have the two 25 pound weights on the leg press for now and do not mind adding more for the legs. It’s worth every bit of $200 you have to be insane not to scoop this up. Yes the bar is a bit smaller but if you’re like me and getting back into things.. go with this before you embarrass yourself at a gym.

Ok not great. To narrow. Cannot do a proper bench press. A little cheap in quality. Itd be great for a high schooler but otherwise not that good for a person who has worked out most of his or her life. Just ordered a real bench and weights to replace it.

We love this for our home gym. My wife has started lifting weights and she was wanting to do more for her leg workout. We have enjoyed the workout effectiveness and the quality of the equipment. Delivered late and delivered the wrong bench! I ordered the mid-width bench but received the standard width version. This is not even useful for anything as it is very tight. It was packaged in a way that the box was almost fully covered so I could not see the product label. Only after bringing this down to the basement which took a great deal of effort, and cutting through the industrial bindings, did I find out that it was the wrong one. Now I don't even think that packing it up back again and bringing it all the way up to the garage is worth the refund. I also don't know if UPS can pick up past 7:00 pm which is when we are available. This is such a wasteful mistake, I wish amazon had a better policy around things like this, because a refund is in this case, is not even amicable. Was waiting for this to arrive for almost 2 weeks too. This is probably the last time I buy gym equipment from amazon.
