Just got delivered today. 12 year old set it up in under 30 minutes with provided instructions. It is indeed compact size when folded up. Feels sturdy and moves freely without feeling wobbly or risky. Can be used for a variety of exercises also. Things to know before buying : 1- the size is indeed small. Mainly ok for teens or small structures folks around 5.5 height. Fortunately, I am a small person so it works for me as well. 2- back slides all the way from upright position to a decline position. Great for abs and decline fly or press. 3- the foam felt sturdy and firm. Should last. It is also reasonably broad. 4- the frame feels sturdy. Not cheap or flimsy. 5- you cannot do calf curls. The fact it has leg extensions got me thinking that calf curls would be possible but it is cumbersome. Maybe I have to use it more to realize how that can be worked around safely. All in all, for the price, looks quiet nice and works. Just do not expect to match a kettler or any pro equipment.

I purchased this bench mainly so I could do preacher curls, but use it for many more exercises. It is quick to adjust the bench portion, the one downside I found is that to adjust the front pad, you have to unscrew the upper leg assembly to raise and lower, which although not that difficult, I think that portion could have been designed better. It's well built, sturdy and comfortable. Assembly is very straightforward and took about 15-20 minutes. Footprint is not cumbersome and the fact that it folds up makes it even less so.

It's a decent affordable bench however, the little man in the picture must be the size of a 7 year old. The ratio is definitely not correct. I'm a small man of 5ft 6inch and it's almost too small for me but I will make it work to get me into shape.

I LOVE this bench it does almost everything I need it to do. I've had no problems with it and it was pretty easy to put together. It's very compact when you put it away and doesn't take a lot of space at all. BUT the leg extension leaves me a little worried. It works very well but the hinge on the leg extension has two grey plastic rings to help hold it in place and so the metal won't scrape together but it seems to be wearing down Everytime I use it. Also the padding on the feet area are a bit uncomfortable. I have to keep adjusting or i'd feel like I get blisters. The clip on the leg extensions hold the weights on there pretty good. Overall the machine holds up pretty well does what it needs to do and is pretty sturdy For the price I paid for it.... I'd say it's worth it.
