    • Does the job
So far I like it. It does the job for now. It was pretty easy to set up as the bulk of it was already assembled. There are about 5-6 secure pins that you can use to lock things into place but to me they seem too small and do not actually lock into place so I'm finding they wiggle out of the holes I put them in. The whole unit itself when full assembled is pretty lightweight so moving it is easy to do but when using the resistance bands it comes with is tricky because the whole unit will lift up or shift depending what exercise you do so that is a little annoying. The leg lift bar in front could be wider id say. After using that for the 1st time it rubbed the skin right off both my lower front shin area. Probably most likely due to being forced to do it only one way which is not exactly the correct way. I modified the bench due to it can be flat but next level down is all the way down which is cool but not cool if you want it to be midway down for declined flies so i drilled a new hole to achive that position. Overall, it's good for what it is in comparison to the cost of it. ... show more

    • The leg extension...
I LOVE this bench it does almost everything I need it to do. I've had no problems with it and it was pretty easy to put together. It's very compact when you put it away and doesn't take a lot of space at all. BUT the leg extension leaves me a little worried. It works very well but the hinge on the leg extension has two grey plastic rings to help hold it in place and so the metal won't scrape together but it seems to be wearing down Everytime I use it. Also the padding on the feet area are a bit uncomfortable. I have to keep adjusting or i'd feel like I get blisters. The clip on the leg extensions hold the weights on there pretty good. Overall the machine holds up pretty well does what it needs to do and is pretty sturdy For the price I paid for it.... I'd say it's worth it. ... show more

    • Good value and solid build for the price!
For the price, this is a good solid bench. There appears to be some improvements to previous models with concerns to the leg extension attachment I am 5 foot 11 and it fits me pretty well. It’s comfortable and supportive that being said, I do wish that the foam cushions had a vinyl cover like the material on the bench that way it’s much easier to clean as I’m not a fan of how the foam feels against my skin… there was some assembly required, but the directions were easy to follow… it does fold up to a compact size. I don’t fold it up after each use so it takes me a little bit to remember how to do it, but it is pretty simple. I put a 2 inch wide hook and loop “Velcro” stretchy strap to hold everything together and secure because there doesn’t appear to be a catch or anything built in to keep it in it’s folded position …overall I’m very happy and believe this will last a good long time and grow with the home gym I’m building out over time … this isn’t going to be the best bench, but it’s certainly not the worst and for the price. This is one of the most awkward feeling workout benches. I do not mean this in a disrespectful way AT ALL, I love all my P.O.C. But this is made for Asians or people who are naturally shorter. Im 5'4..147lbs, I didn't feel comfortable on this bench working out. I did appreciate that its light in weight, so u can move it around with no help and that it folds. I mean you get what you pay for, I guess I was just expecting more. ... show more

I purchased this bench mainly so I could do preacher curls, but use it for many more exercises. It is quick to adjust the bench portion, the one downside I found is that to adjust the front pad, you have to unscrew the upper leg assembly to raise and lower, which although not that difficult, I think that portion could have been designed better. It's well built, sturdy and comfortable. Assembly is very straightforward and took about 15-20 minutes. Footprint is not cumbersome and the fact that it folds up makes it even less so. ... show more
