    • The leg extension...
I LOVE this bench it does almost everything I need it to do. I've had no problems with it and it was pretty easy to put together. It's very compact when you put it away and doesn't take a lot of space at all. BUT the leg extension leaves me a little worried. It works very well but the hinge on the leg extension has two grey plastic rings to help hold it in place and so the metal won't scrape together but it seems to be wearing down Everytime I use it. Also the padding on the feet area are a bit uncomfortable. I have to keep adjusting or i'd feel like I get blisters. The clip on the leg extensions hold the weights on there pretty good. Overall the machine holds up pretty well does what it needs to do and is pretty sturdy For the price I paid for it.... I'd say it's worth it. ... show more

I chose this so he can also work on his legs especially his quads. I bought the weights separately, but this bench comes with 2 removable resistance bands and adjustable back rest. So far I like it. It does the job for now. It was pretty easy to set up as the bulk of it was already assembled. There are about 5-6 secure pins that you can use to lock things into place but to me they seem too small and do not actually lock into place so I'm finding they wiggle out of the holes I put them in. The whole unit itself when full assembled is pretty lightweight so moving it is easy to do but when using the resistance bands it comes with is tricky because the whole unit will lift up or shift depending what exercise you do so that is a little annoying. The leg lift bar in front could be wider id say. After using that for the 1st time it rubbed the skin right off both my lower front shin area. Probably most likely due to being forced to do it only one way which is not exactly the correct way. I modified the bench due to it can be flat but next level down is all the way down which is cool but not cool if you want it to be midway down for declined flies so i drilled a new hole to achive that position. Overall, it's good for what it is in comparison to the cost of it. ... show more

The first bench I received in the mail was damaged. The main metal frame was bent so I had to ask for a replacement. No problems with the replacement! Very easy to put together and I love it

The advertisement show weight on the front of the bench. It doesn’t come with it. They should have made the disclaimer in the advertisement. The bench is really good quality. It’s easy to mount. Overall it is a good value. Except for the weights.

I live. Full time in an RV and wanted a compact bench for a put away home gym. This bench is the center piece of that gym now. Tucks away great on the side of my bed and sets back up in 5 minutes or less. Light yet sturdy. Get better pads for the leg holds though, they’re pretty hard especially after heavy weights. ... show more

I hope this review is of help to someone who is interested in purchasing this adjustable Weight Bench. First of all I'm female 5'5", 212lbs, and not extremely zoftig but instead rather thin for my weight. I found a few things wrong with this item. Number one, the preacher curl pad is extremely small 12" x 6 1/2" which is small. When you place the back rest in a flat position you end up with a gap which is about 4" wide between the pad you sit on and the back rest that can be adjusted in the upper and lower position to do barbell lifts. There really isn't much support when you're lying down but instead a big gap from above your buttocks to the upper part of your back. That would be the 4" inch space. The leg curl bar is kind of small about 12 1/4" and when you place your feet under the bar they end up hitting the weights so it's impossible to even use the leg curl after weights have been attached. It seems no matter how much you tighten the bolt for lower leg curl it still swings up and down when it has been fastened tightly. You should be able to tighten it dead center. Basically it swings up and down no matter how tight the bolt is. There is no way the guy in the photo's is able to use this bench without them being doctored. This bench was molded to someone of Asian decent (Chinese) and usually they are very slim and could probably get away with using this bench. That said, I'm going to keep it and do the best I can with it but I would advise anyone who is interested in this bench to just bypass it even though the price seems right. Sadly I will have to have someone modify it (Re-welding) which will end up costing me money. Spend a little more maybe on a Weider Bench and get a brand that has been around for many years. You get what you pay for and this was a waste of money. ... show more
