I got this product for my mother. She has difficulty hearing in both ears. Her physical therapist told me about this device. I have bought different hearing aids for her. They get lost or vanishes. I gave this as a try and it works fabulous. You can have the volume at a normal range for you to hear. The other person can put the earpieces in their ear and they can hear the program. When people come over. We give it to her and she understands the person without them having to speak very loudly or shouting. I wish I knew about this sooner. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Be aware: you should try it on first before you give it to them. You can check the volume. If you put it too loud it tend to squeak and it will hurt the eardrum. So try it out in a low volume and then slowly bring it up. Until you feel comfortable with the range. Then give it to the person. Also, put the smallest earpiece to see if it fits. You can always change it to a bigger size. We are so happy with the product.

Our dear 97 yo friend seems to be able to hear but she places it in her lap and it causes the words to be muffled. The clip has no room to clip it to her top. The clip feels like it's about to pop and break when trying to place it on her top.

Got this to try it out to see if a hearing aid would help with my slight loss of hearing in one ear. The sound quality was terrible. It was impossible to adjust to avoid screeching and amplified your own voice louder that what you were trying to hear. Also, did not realize that the base piece was connected with a wire and that the base had to be clipped on to a shirt or jacket to use the item. Thought it would be wireless and that the receiver base could go in a pocket or purse. It doesn't. The only plus was that the earpieces were small

Bought these for my mom with profound hearing loss and OMG!...these work!! She has hearing aides but they are always messing up and have to be repaired every few months. We've tried at least 20 of the supposedly OTC hearing aides as well as amplifiers and only 1 was suitable but it only uses 1 earbud or headphones which is hot in the summer and cumbersome when outside of the home. Out of the box she tried them and could hear the spoken words on the TV and I only had to repeat myself on a few words...only time will tell if these continue to be this good but for now THANK GOODNESS THEY WORK!

The media could not be loaded.
