I use it everyday with no problems. The craftsman ship is jus amazing. It’s perfect everything I was hoping for an more. If your in the market looking for a reflex bag I highly recommend this one. I did a lot of research trying too make sure I got the most for my money. An let me jus tell you. This thing exceeded al expectations that I had. An the only reason I can figure it’s got some bad reviews is possibly an occasional factory defect. But your gonna have that with almost anything that is mass produced. This thing is pure quality. Bought this back in 2021, almost three years later the weld broke at the bottom like others have said. I used it three times a week for 20 mins for three years until it broke. If you follow directions to not pull on it, it'll last. Just bought myself another! For reference I'm 6 foot 2 260 lbs so it can take a beating!

I didn’t like anything it broke on me in less than a month, it would move every time I hit it, when I called Amazon they said that “UPS would pick it Up for you with a box ready to go just have it outside for us thank you” UPS got their and asked where’s my box (didn’t have one had to go buy one) he was nice enough to pick it up the next day, after I went to go buy the box (KEEP IN MIND IM A PRIME MEMBER) than they would take god knows how long after I called three four different times just for them to tell me that they have refunded my money (a week before they told me they would send me a different bag) where sorry for the miscommunication.like wtf CRAZY hope to see a few changes.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this one because I had one a couple years ago and it was great very springy, and the bag was easy to punch. I got this one and the bag is stiff like a rock. The spring is very tight and has almost no movement. This is only day one of owning it so I’m gonna try to break it in over the next couple weeks and I will update my review if anything changes although I specifically remember last time it did not need to get broken in. It came, very user-friendly whereas this time it did not (3 days later ). It has loosened up quite a bit after only maybe 2 hours of use, much more flexible and fun, bag it still pretty hard, and I wish it had a bit more weight to it. But over all decent product. 3 week update(still going strong) works well nice spring still, the spring did give out a little so it leans more to one side than another, slightly not enough for me to really care. Over all good product gonna change from 3 to 4 stars

I use this bag almost every day. I’m 240lb and 6’1”. I’ve been boxing recreationally for 20 years and I needed something at home that didn’t take up a ton of space. I’ve been slugging this thing for almost a year and it’s still holding up like it did day one and I hit fairly hard. I love it and recommend it to anyone who has intermediate experience boxing. Maybe not the best idea for a first timer because this thing hits back, which is actually my favorite thing about it.

This bag is great for short training sessions throughout the day - especially since working from home! I'm a new(ish) boxer, small female, and it took me < 30 minutes to assemble. I filled the base all the way with water, and it doesn't move when hitting on hardwood floors. It's also easy to slide into the corner after use. It may not have quite the rebound spring flexibility as Ryan Garcia's, but for a first cobra bag, I'm very happy with the quality.

At first I was skeptical about spending this much on the set, BUT I don’t regret it at all, it’s perfect (as long as you know how to properly hit it) the metal feels really sturdy and the placement of the spring is even better then the $80 ones. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do, just filled up with water and doesn’t move!

Buyer Beware the bad reviews are true don't be foolish and think it will not happen to you or think maybe other customers got a defective unit. I should of went with my gut. I'm pretty sure the good reviews are premature. My son has been boxing since he was 9 years old he is 16 now we have other boxing equipment in our garage for power shots was using this just to work on his jab/reflexes which is what the bag is intended for foam bag split after three light sessions of jab work for $250 bucks please Ringside this is trash sending it back ASAP!
