false advertising
sorely disappointed in this product ...as a phone help they are good but they are horrible as a hearing device,,,I gave them eight months but because of the high price I paid for them I tried very hard to make them work... I guess I'll just consider it a lesson learned...The "Paddles" do not seat properly on my face and actually partially cover both ear holes ,and there is absolutely no way to adjust them .

Works okay for over the counter hearing amp
They work okay as ambient sound amplification… just things sound ‘tinny’. I don’t have hearing loss but I was testing out for my brother in law who is mostly deaf. He said they work okay as he can hear when his skull is vibrated in lieu of inner ear hearing.

My Mother-in-Law Likes It
I bought this hearing device for my mother-in-law because she often couldn’t hear me talking. Her eardrum was damaged due to a fever in the past, but after visiting the Costco hearing center, we learned that her auditory nerve and other functions were completely fine. However, a good hearing aid costs several thousand dollars, so I wanted to try this cheaper version. She tried it a few times, and it indeed helped her hear sounds she couldn’t hear before. Although the background noise is louder than the one from Costco, it’s understandable since the price difference is about twentyfold. I’m giving it a five-star review because this $200 device actually works. Plus, she no longer needs to blast the iPad speakers when watching videos, which means we’re not disturbed anymore.

Not the best choice for hearing impaired.
Works OK as music headphones but not for hearing amplifiers. I have Shokz bone conducting headphones and they are awesome, so I thought I would try these. No comparison to Shokz in sound quality and the hearing aid part is just terrible. Sounds like I'm talking in a tunnel and have to have them at max volume to even hear what others are saying around me.

An inexpensive and comfortable hearing aid
If you need some hearing assistance especially in noisy environments this is the ticket. Easy to use, good battery life between charges, comfortable with no annoying device in the ear canal. I love it.

Love them in certain environments.
In a place where there is no or low background noise they are excellent. If in a crowd I have trouble zeroing into the one person I am speaking to. The other concern is that when I talk I sound like I am in a tin can. Will use when they are most effective and use my traditional one in other situations. I really like the bone and not in ear. They do need recharging but it is so short a period of time that I can put them on charge while doing something else

For children or Petite Adults
They are built by the Chinese , for petite Chinese Adults with a. neck circumference of 4 inches or less . Right out of the box the circumfernce is 4 inches ,. Even a 10 year old American child has a neck greater than 4 inches in circumference. Which means if your a average American Adult when placing around your neck the mechanism that is suppose to lay against your ear or cheek is bent outwards and if you sweat while wearing that moisture will stop the connmection you need to make them work .100% waste of money for any American Adult , I've noticed any paid for review here or YouTube never tell you. the size of the circumference
