I checked the reviews before buying it and they were half good and half bad. I took my changes and I bought it. I like the product. It comes with simple instructions and they are easy to follow. It must be done step by step as it is in the instructions Must be 2 people assembling it, no rush, patience and common sense needed.     • Putting this together is so hard it will lead to alcoholism and a drug overdose

I cannot even express how hard this thing is to put together and how much I hope you burn in hell. The instructions are nonexistent and only included some very rudimentary pictures to help. Sign language or Morse code would have been easier.. You are given teeny tiny little hex keys for the screws that do not even fit into the itty-bitty areas where you put the screws and they make me feel like I have bear paws instead of hands. After many expletives and a desire to start drinking we got three sections done. I tried to do the next sections alone and found that a drug habit is in my future. Why in all that is holy did you find it necessary to send it in 3 boxes with 50 different pieces? Couldn't you make it fold out like a folding table? Seriously it is currently outside is pieces being used as a fire hydrant for my dogs. For the money I paid you should have sent me someone to put it together too. I hope you step on one of the thousands of screws and choke on one of those hex keys. ... show more

Overall not a bad product if your getting a blow up hot tub. Assembly was hell, would rather assemble an entire ikea living room set with one Allen wrench. Some holes that were supposed to be threaded were drilled as clearance. But made it work.

Was difficult to get the steps connected just because of the location. We found it easier to turn it upside down and put together. Need 2 people to put it together to hold pieces in place. It took 3 people to flip it back over just because of the size to ensure it did not break. Very nice, sturdy surround. Looks nice too! ... show more

Assembly was lengthy, the plastic wrappings cover pilot holes for the bolts, and the wooden area for the step up is not sturdy, make sure you find a better tool other than the silly Allen wrench they provide, otherwise your adding about 2 hours to the 3 hours it took to assemble this.

This surround really dresses up a portable hot tub but is an assembly nightmare. Then to boot the price is skyrocketing. There are NO ASSEMBLY instructions as what they send you are a JOKE! I'm willing to bet the company just puts pieces in a box laughing their a** off the whole time. I paid about $800 - I wouldn't pay a penny more and even that's a bit much.
