I checked the reviews before buying it and they were half good and half bad. I took my changes and I bought it. I like the product. It comes with simple instructions and they are easy to follow. It must be done step by step as it is in the instructions Must be 2 people assembling it, no rush, patience and common sense needed. The only thing I did not like is after I bought it the price went down. Maybe I can do something about that.

This surround really dresses up a portable hot tub but is an assembly nightmare. Then to boot the price is skyrocketing. There are NO ASSEMBLY instructions as what they send you are a JOKE! I'm willing to bet the company just puts pieces in a box laughing their a** off the whole time. I paid about $800 - I wouldn't pay a penny more and even that's a bit much. No patience putting things together - DO NOT BUY!

Was difficult to get the steps connected just because of the location. We found it easier to turn it upside down and put together. Need 2 people to put it together to hold pieces in place. It took 3 people to flip it back over just because of the size to ensure it did not break. Very nice, sturdy surround. Looks nice too!

Assembly was lengthy, the plastic wrappings cover pilot holes for the bolts, and the wooden area for the step up is not sturdy, make sure you find a better tool other than the silly Allen wrench they provide, otherwise your adding about 2 hours to the 3 hours it took to assemble this.

The boxes were delivered all damaged and ripped didn’t come with the screws and or instructions so we had a hard time putting it together had to go to Lowe’s and get screws for it.
