I keep a broom and dustpan in my closet to sweep the bathroom floors upstairs. I have a litter box in my bathroom so I like having a broom nearby. But my husband is taller than I am and complained about how it hurt his back to hunch over yo use the shorter set I had. I found this set with the adjustable handles as a featured product. It arrived in a small box and I was able to assemble it quickly. It is smaller than I expected but plenty big enough for sweeping up litter, dust and hair. I purchased the set trimmed in orange because it was the least expensive and I really didn’t care about the color. My husband is pleased he no longer needs to hunch over to use the broom. The set is lightweight so it can be handled easily. You wouldn’t use this set for sweeping up anything heavier. I don’t think it would be a great set for daily use such as at a hair salon. I attached a Command Strip broom holder to the back of my closet door and it holds the set easily. The bucket isn’t too deep so it takes up less room than my old set.     • Wish it had a tapered head

This broom ended up being smaller than I expected when it arrived, I decided to give it a chance and the ease of use of having the pan bucket along side the broom is really nice. I adjusted to the size but found myself wanting the broom head to be tapered so that way you could get into corners easier. Its not something that you think about until you try to do it and its significantly harder to get in locations than it was with a tapered broom head. As far as the broom quality it feels slightly cheap at first before you find how much it can stand. The pole does not bend, the most annoying part is because there are multiple screw on points you may catch your self unscrewing one while holding either the broom or the pan. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. If the broom head was tapered and was slightly larger I feel I would repurchase this item, but ultimately feel I would look for something slightly different. This broom is awesome ! It picks up everything. The bristles are strong and you can feel it working. It's hard to explain but it kind of " vibrates" as its sweeping to pick up dirt. I also used it to sweep the dog hair off the dog bed... it is the only thing that has actually got the hair off! My only dislike is that the bristle part comes unscrewed from the handle while your sweeping so I have to keep tightening it as I sweep. Not a big deal because the broom actually works really well. The dust pan is great too. One sweep and the dirt is in the pan. You don't have to keep backing the pan up and sweeping it in to get all the little pieces. This is an excellent broom. OK like everybody I always just had an ordinary broom and dustpan. Then I saw this thing and thought what the heck let's give it a try since you always see Janitors walking around in malls and offices with this kind of rig. If professionals sweep this way, I can sweep this way too. Let me tell you, it changes sweeping. I don't even put it in the closet or hide it. It sits in the middle of the room and I just wander around sweeping up things here and there when I see something. It's very convenient to have the long handle on the dustpan so you don't have to bend over all the time getting up that last bit of dust from the floor. This is a very sturdy product combo. It is adjustable in height if you want it much shorter, you can leave a piece of the piping out. But we like it tall so we don't have to bend to do the cleaning. The idea of brushing out the things that get stuck in the brush with the comb lip on the dustpan is totally awesome and works well.
