This tarp started tearing up under my pool almost immediately. It’s large and easy to lay down. It’s just very thin and cheaply made. It’s didn’t last longer than 1 week and started tearing up with normal use. Don’t think it’s useful underneath swimming above ground pools

    • Buy a heavy duty tarp!

If you want a nice pad for a pool buy a heavy duty tarp. It might cost twice as much, but will be larger and far thicker and stronger. For less than twice the price, of this one, I got a 16x20 tarp which was very heavy, and treated for sun exposure. Please do not waste your money on this one. It is more suitable to make a kite out of, it is paper thin. Intex should drop this product, because it is a very poor product, and will not protect against much. ... show more

Its not a super heavy duty tarp but works great for what I needed. I have the pool set up on a concrete pad so I dont need a $50 tarp under the pool. If you are setting up on grass this probably would not be what you need. In the swim delivered this in two days from time of ordering. I would highly recommend purchasing through them. ... show more

We bought this for my daughter to swim this summer. It's a great price and alot bigger that I though it would be. My only problem is somewhere along the seam on the bottom it has a leak that we just can't seem to find because it's full. I'm hoping when I take it down before winter I can find it and patch it so Its not a waste of money. The filter that came with it is pretty good for the size of the pool. It has kept it clean and I haven't had any issues with that. Besides the leak. If I had to buy it again I definitely would. She has had a blast having her own pool this summer ... show more

I am writing this review based on my two previous summers having this product. I never used a ground cover with my first Intex pool, but when I upgraded to a larger one two years ago it came with one. It is very useful at keeping mud off the bottom of the pool and makes takedown and storage much easier. Consider it a single-use item though. It will be ready to throw away at the end of the swimming season and you will need a new one before setting the pool up again. ... show more

This product exceeded my expectations. After buying an inflatable one every single year for my grandkids that never made it all summer I read all the great reviews on this and couldn’t be more happy. Easy set up. We purchased a rechargeable pool vacuum that cleans it easily once or twice a week and a ladder. Put in chlorine once a week and it stays clear as can be.
