This tarp started tearing up under my pool almost immediately. It’s large and easy to lay down. It’s just very thin and cheaply made. It’s didn’t last longer than 1 week and started tearing up with normal use. Don’t think it’s useful underneath swimming above ground pools

I am writing this review based on my two previous summers having this product. I never used a ground cover with my first Intex pool, but when I upgraded to a larger one two years ago it came with one. It is very useful at keeping mud off the bottom of the pool and makes takedown and storage much easier. Consider it a single-use item though. It will be ready to throw away at the end of the swimming season and you will need a new one before setting the pool up again. ... show more

I expected the material to be thicker and better quality as it's designed to be used under a pool, but it's not thicker than a regular tarp. If you can find a tarp cheaper, save your money!

This ended up being a purchase I deeply regretted. Although we kept the area dry as possible. After the summer was over, we went to take down the pool for the summer and dry out everything for next. year. When we went to pick this up- it was already in a so many pieces everywhere. We had to pick up pieces for a couple of hours. It was horrible. It was cheaply made. It wasn't that it was wet; it was dry but crumbled in so many pieces it could not be salvaged for next years use. This product exceeded my expectations. After buying an inflatable one every single year for my grandkids that never made it all summer I read all the great reviews on this and couldn’t be more happy. Easy set up. We purchased a rechargeable pool vacuum that cleans it easily once or twice a week and a ladder. Put in chlorine once a week and it stays clear as can be.
