This was one of those accessories that seemed like a nice extra, but after using it, we realized we didn't want to be without it. We liked it so much that I purchased a second one so my husband and I could each have our own while relaxing in the hot tub. It attaches securely to the side of our hot tub and keeps our drinks within easy reach, so we're not constantly reaching over the edge or worrying about where to set them. I am using this on a century, doughboy, 18' round pool. I was hoping it would fit over the rail but I had to put it over the cap. It is not an exact fit but fits good enough that you can put a couple drinks sunglasses or even a speaker on there and it will stay in place. I was hoping that the legs that hold it in place where adjustable but they are not, they are in a fixed position. Although I'm not using this on the hot tub that it was designed for it works pretty good overall and I am satisfied with my purchase. ... show more

If you like having a beverage or something to put things while you're in your inflatable hot tub, then this is a must have. It's a plastic material and the inner arms have a rubber insert to help protect your hot tub. The arms don't have any type of retention part, and solely relies on on how inflated your tub is. As long as your tub is inflated to a normal amount the holder firmly grasps and fits onto the edge. I normally have my Bluetooth speaker and drink on the non water side so I can limit the amount of splashing those items get. With both of those things on the outer edge, it firmly holds those items with out risk of the holder falling off. The cup holders are able to fit a insulator cozy. I previously purchased this cup holder in 2022, and it worked exactly as advertised. In fact, I liked it enough that I immediately ordered a replacement when the original finally failed. Yesterday morning, while enjoying my coffee in the hot tub, the holder slipped and my coffee ended up in the water. When I compared the old holder to the new one, I discovered that the clamping mechanism relies on two plastic spring pieces that keep the holder firmly attached to the hot tub wall. Over time those plastic springs lose their effectiveness, and once they fail the holder can no longer maintain a secure grip. That said, my original unit lasted about four years of continuous outdoor use before failing, which is a respectable lifespan for a plastic accessory exposed to the elements. Just be aware that the clamping springs appear to be the wear item that ultimately determines the product's life expectancy. ... show more
