Why a 4 and why ALMOST perfect? The positives: I have an inflatable hot tub that I have in a room in my basement. We bought a floating cup holder that was just annoying honestly, so we were looking for someway to be able to sit our drink down while soaking. I picked two of these up, and they sit securely on the side of the inflatable hot tub and do not move around. Has a place to sit my phone and a place for two drinks. All of that is good. The only negative ….. and it isn’t really so much the fault of the product itself, is I have to take them off to cover the hot tub. So every time I use the tub, I have to put them back on. Not a deal breaker, but wished maybe they were a little more flush. Anyhow, great product! And Yes they work and hold securely. No spilt drinks …… YET. LOL

If you have an above ground pool with a wide rim these just may work for you. The Intex cup holder fits perfect in my pool. I’ve purchased others that were for a pipe type rim but this worked perfect! I bought a second one and couldn’t be happier. Each holder holds 2 cups and another spot for your phone. Very happy with this purchase

If you like having a beverage or something to put things while you're in your inflatable hot tub, then this is a must have. It's a plastic material and the inner arms have a rubber insert to help protect your hot tub. The arms don't have any type of retention part, and solely relies on on how inflated your tub is. As long as your tub is inflated to a normal amount the holder firmly grasps and fits onto the edge. I normally have my Bluetooth speaker and drink on the non water side so I can limit the amount of splashing those items get. With both of those things on the outer edge, it firmly holds those items with out risk of the holder falling off. The cup holders are able to fit a insulator cozy. I would recommend getting this holder.

A nice idea and design that may work well on inflatable hot tubs, but not for other types. Does not hold to regular spas, no firm support for drinks, I will not recommend, specially at the newly increased price.
