Works for what we needed, but if the ladder moves a bit the mat floats away and there is no real way to make it stay out. Noting to be done, it's just the functionality of the item.

This mat is the perfect size. Feels like a decent quality and sat flat on the pool just fine. Since it came folded, I wasn't sure it would lay flat, but it's looking great! It seems stable and there's enough weight and grip to keep it from slipping.
