I went on a pool light kick last summer (2020). When you’re COVID quarantined you start looking around for scenery enhancement items!! LSS, I tried every waterproof light I could find from pool stores, websites and Amazon. Always problems with batteries not lasting or working. Rechargeable ones were worse, never worked for very long. I bought 3 of these solar discs last August and they are still working the same as they did out of the box! I have been an avid Amazon shopper for a long time and have never once given a product review but as I look this order up to re-order them for Christmas presents, I thought I’d take the time to save someone else the time, money and frustration of finding the perfect pool light. It actually lights up the water around it. Depending on how much sun it gets that day, I have seen mine on till around 3am. For the price of these, there’s really nothing better in my opinion and trust that I have purchased quite a few duds! ... show more

This was a terrible product & now it said my window for return is over. It worked 2times only & stopped working. It was solar & in the sunlight a lot for charging & it still did not work. There was a remote with it. The battery is hard to get to & the battery for it is very expensive. A terrible product. I would like to send it to the company so they would give me a new one or preferably get my money back. ... show more

This product is extremely light and the colors are bright and vibrant. The remote works perfectly. My only qualm with it is that I misunderstood that the produce was a single, plate-sized dish in a box, not a small collection of disks. No fault to the seller, I got ahead of myself buying pool toys. This also does float very nicely in water, as well. The light is solar powered so it charges from sunlight and will only turn on in near complete darkness, so not using it during any day lit hours! It was a decent price for the novelty of having pool lights! Or in my case, one giant pool light! I have yet to submerge it in water, as the manual and box itself say not to do that, but it is a fun light to have nonetheless. ... show more

Bought these to put in a large pool, hoping it would light it up. They don't light up the bottom much ,but are really nice as they float. Sometimes we put them on our deck, or they could be used to light a path. They are now on their second summer and still work perfectly. Lighting time is well past when we'd be in the pool! If you are looking for a light, that will illuminate the bottom of your pool, this isn’t it. It is decorative and remote control on. It works good. The lights change color however, the illumination is not good. It will not stay illuminated for more than about four hours.
