Solid bench for $50. I think bad reviews are from those expecting more than what they’re paying for. It’s a little loose fitting where it hinges to fold up but it’s stable, sturdy (the caps on the feet of the bench can turn to adjust height if there’s a wobble), folds up nicely, adjustable incline. I’m 5’7, 170lbs male and the length is perfect, I don’t struggle to stay on the bench. Nice bench overall!

Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

Fantastic. I am a 67 year old female and this was so easy to assemble. It comes well packaged and it is very sturdy. Love it and definitely would buy it again. Starting my weigth challenge soon.

If you weigh under 200 lbs and are using this for dumbbells, it may be a 5 star product. It does NOT, however, remain stable for 800 lbs as advertised. I actually love this bench, but as a 250 lb guy using it with a power rack for the last couple of months I cannot recommend it for larger people. When I was using it for dumbbells up to 55 lbs it was fine, but started getting really squeaky and creaky. Annoying but not a real problem. When I graduated to a power rack and it was subjected to bench presses of modest weight (under 500 lbs combined user and bar/plate weight) the annoying creaking became bending of the frame. The seat and back became slanted about 15 degrees. They bent back into place easily enough, which is even more concerning. I feel like it is going to fall apart completely if I put much more weight on it and I'm a little scared to keep using it now. I can't complain too much at this price point, but I was hopeful it could support the advertised weight capacity. I got a good 7 months out of it, so it's more than earned its 3 stars.
