Great for the Price Point. The adjustability is good. The work bench is comfortable, stable and mobile. I got it for exercising at home. So far it has worked well. I got it just for lifting dumbells and so far I have been able to use it for every angle I have needed. The leg bars help with stability. There are other work benches with more features but this one had the features I needed and at a good price point. I would suggest it to anyone who wants an inexpensive work bench with minimal features at a good price point. Great for at home beginners and people who want something lightweight but good support and easy adjustability. If you want beyond that you should look into higher end benches.

Solid bench for $50. I think bad reviews are from those expecting more than what they’re paying for. It’s a little loose fitting where it hinges to fold up but it’s stable, sturdy (the caps on the feet of the bench can turn to adjust height if there’s a wobble), folds up nicely, adjustable incline. I’m 5’7, 170lbs male and the length is perfect, I don’t struggle to stay on the bench. Nice bench overall!

Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

I am coming off a motorcycle accident where I broke 4 ribs, had multiple scrapes, my lung was bruised and my entire left side from buttocks to shoulder and my left shoulder blade were one big bruise. I am also not mechanically inclined. The product is light weight but sturdy. I am considering switching it for my computer chair. The product even for me only took about 30 minutes to assemble. More someone more comfortable around tools, I would guess 5-10 minutes. For some reason they gave an extra nut and bolt. It is even on the listed inventory. They do not use the bolt or nut in the directions and there is no place to use it. I have bought for doing EASY sit ups building up to doing inverted (very hard) sit ups. I have so far done about 100. The only recommendation to the manufacturer I can make is to either make the two Hitch Pins (I got all names for parts here from homedepot.com, I do not know these things normally) to the type that has a hole and add a Hitch Pin Clip or change the two Hitch Pins to Clevis Pins. I would most recommend the Clevis Pins as the pins need to be removed for folding up for storage. Clevis pins would be easier to work with. With nothing holding them in place, I can see them working loose and the location shifting (they go through 4 holes each so not fall out) and maybe making unstable when a person is doing something with weights so needing very stable. Would I recommend the item. YES! I would also recommend the user replace those two pins. I am going with the Clevis Pin option which will cost me about $10. after taxes.

I use this for my mini home gym, it's been great so far. It is lightweight but also very sturdy! I enjoy the various adjustments it has on the back, allows me to easily maneuver between exercises.

If you weigh under 200 lbs and are using this for dumbbells, it may be a 5 star product. It does NOT, however, remain stable for 800 lbs as advertised. I actually love this bench, but as a 250 lb guy using it with a power rack for the last couple of months I cannot recommend it for larger people. When I was using it for dumbbells up to 55 lbs it was fine, but started getting really squeaky and creaky. Annoying but not a real problem. When I graduated to a power rack and it was subjected to bench presses of modest weight (under 500 lbs combined user and bar/plate weight) the annoying creaking became bending of the frame. The seat and back became slanted about 15 degrees. They bent back into place easily enough, which is even more concerning. I feel like it is going to fall apart completely if I put much more weight on it and I'm a little scared to keep using it now. I can't complain too much at this price point, but I was hopeful it could support the advertised weight capacity. I got a good 7 months out of it, so it's more than earned its 3 stars.
