This bench was super easy to assemble. It's easy to adjust the angle on the back, and it folds and stores easily. One thing you'll occasionally find is that "affordable" products that are machined can have uneven drill points or burrs that make assembly hard. This bench had zero problems. I have an extra room in a small apartment and I wanted to make it a recording space for podcasting, a rumpus room for bar and TV action, and a workout space. This bench allows me to do the third and when I need it and put the bench in the closet when I don't. As a larger man, the bench feels stable and supportive and I don't feel like I'm going to fall off or scooch around for support. I can do all of my chest, arm, and ab exercises on it, including shoulder press, triceps pullovers, bench press and incline presses, all with either dumbbells or a barbell. This is a good bench. Its sturdy, and well padded. Assembly was very easy, and it folds up slim for storage. The only con I can give, it is that it claims an 800lb max load, but the book says 660lbs or 300Kg max load. I doubt I will be putting that kind of a load on this bench personally, but someone may. Well after researching benches, I found this one and it is so sturdy. The metal is great quality and doesn’t feel like it will bend or break like other brands k had looked at. This is a pretty sturdy bench for the price. Simple assembly and nice adjustability. Folds up pretty compact also. I'm not sure about the weight limitations. At the age of 69 I don't use near the heavy weights I used to. This bench is used primarily for dumbbell use. All in All, its pretty good.
