I bought this because I needed something small for home workouts and hadn’t exercised in a long time, so I wanted something that felt easy to start. This machine is beginner-friendly, but once you actually use it, it can still give a solid workout. The stepper works fine for light cardio, but personally I use the ab function much more. The kneeling pad makes it comfortable, and you can do different crunch variations like twist crunches or slow controlled reps that really engage the core. I definitely felt the muscles working the next day. I also like that parts can be adjusted or removed depending on how you want to use it, so it feels more flexible than a single-purpose machine. It’s compact enough to leave out in the room without being in the way, which helps with consistency. Assembly was straightforward — mostly unfold and tighten a few pieces. Once set up, it feels stable and quiet during use. I am in love with this machine! The delivery was fast! It was packaged so nicely. It took me a little bit, but it was easy to install. I barely looked at the instructions. Just common sense as to where things go. I decided on this particular machine because I am 60 years old. I don't get much exercise, other than at work. I don't get outside much or get to do much walking because of where I live. I don't like floor exercises, or a certain routine. This works best for me because I can just get on it, do my workout and get off and put it away. So simple! My daughter has the ab one and loves it. She has abs. I wanted one, but then found this. Having the stepper was definitely something I needed in my life. This is an excellent quality machine that is sturdy and functions well. So worth the price! ... show more

The directions are a little hard since some of it came together And in the pictures it tells you to put it together- but the bolts aren’t the same as what they say to use. I found it needs tightened after use so it’s not rickety. Love The ab side. So hard. But I’ve noticed results and already increased how many I can do. The stepper is no frills but with the money.
