Fairly easy to assemble, it was packaged well for protection. My husband and I put it together less than 30min. It’s easily movable(front wheels) and sturdier than you would think for the build and affordable price. Incline transitions aren’t speedy but smooth. We got it as an addition to our garage gym. Doesn’t feel bulky or space consuming(although we still not set on where to have it 🤔). Cup holders couldn’t fit my tumbler but as reference the tall can of liquid death fits and has wiggle room. (Not sponsored by liquid death 😅) I got a good walk and run on it, it feels good, I don’t feel like there is hard impact on my legs/knees. So far, I love it and look forward to using it more and maybe seeing if my dog will use it 🤔. I personally don’t have interest in using the ifit subscription but cool that it’s compatible.

12/01/2024 UPDATE: This treadmill is still going strong and I am really loving it. There are a couple things that surprised me - one is that sometimes if I unplug it without turning it off first, it will run a calibration on the incline as soon as it is turned on again - it freaked me out the first time. I called support and they walked me through taking the cover off the motor section just to observe some lights on the motherboard. All checked out fine and the tech told me that it was common for the treadmill to do this. Another thing - and I don't mind it much... when I first start the machine and run the belt slow - say like about 1.5 - 1.9 miles an hour it seems to vary in speed slightly, however once I am up to my walking pace of 2.7 MPH it runs as smooth as silk. Since getting this treadmill 4 months ago I have lost 25lbs. I can't say in words exactly how much I love it. This T Series 5 treadmill is exactly what I was looking for in a treadmill - no frills, just a sturdy surface to walk on and a screen with metrics on it. I have PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease), which is my main motivation for buying this. Patients with PAD can generally improve the comfort of walking longer distances by exercising on a treadmill regularly, at least so I am told. Well, I tend to believe it is true because since I have been using this treadmill I can walk considerably further without pain. The treadmill was fairly easy to assemble - it took me about 45 minutes by myself. Once that was done I tried it out and it is awesome. Having this right in my home is perfect, because now I can walk first thing in the morning without having to drive to the park. I also live in the Arizona Desert so at this time of year walking outdoors isnt a good idea. I am not using the iFit on the machine. When I registered the machine there were some things about iFit that seemed shady so I didn't do it. It works fine manually by itself - don't need to waste money on any superfluous exercise program - you can burn calories without it. It is a Nordic Trac - so hopefully the brand name means something about the durability of this treadmill. I noticed they don't have this model on the Nordic Trac website - and it is hard to find any info on it anywhere really. Nonetheless I just felt better buying a brand name that had some weight to it (140lbs) as opposed to some of the no name treadmills that are 100lbs or less. I am going to get the extended service plan though because I know nothing about treadmills.

I am very pleased with this treadmill. It was easy to assemble and a good size for our exercise area. I love to walk outdoors but needed something to use during bad weather. It is quiet, has multiple speeds and incline levels. I feel that I get a good workout with it.

After doing alot of research, I bought the Nordic Track T-Series and don't regret it at all. It's easy to put together as a solo person and I found the instructions very clear. Do not skip steps or ignore the process. The length and width is perfect for running and walking and the incline, speed and button panel is great. The only thing with this model is you are not getting the panel that lights up for metrics. I haven't figured out how to see the panel in dim light. Otherwise, it's solid. Even though iFit is popular with many users, it's not my primary fitness tool, but it's great for people who want to train and pay for the subscription for virtual training and workout plans. At this price, this is a great treadmill especially for beginners. I love that it's not noisy and can be put in smaller spaces at home. Delivery was smooth and they placed in inside my front door where I could unbox it. I highly recommend this treadmill.

I bought this treadmill in November 2023, and it took two plus years of active use for me to leave a detailed review of my experience. For the sake of brevity, I am going to break this review into sections: purchase, delivery, packaging, assembly, aesthetics, and daily use. Lastly, I will provide my personal opinion for those thinking of buying one. Purchase: I bought the NordicTrack T Series 6.5S Treadmill in November 2023 using a free trial of Amazon Prime. I paid about twenty bucks extra for "room of choice" delivery, meaning it would be brought into my living space; otherwise, delivery would be to the front door. Buy it new, as a reconditioned or used model might come with a few missing parts. I did not buy the protection plan, but consider getting one if you're clumsy or the treadmill will be used by multiple people. As a base for the treadmill, I bought the Sunny Health & Fitness Non-Slip Home Gym Mat. Regardless of your floor type, you need a durable mat to keep dust out of the internal components. Delivery: It's better to be at home when this is delivered, and I was home that day. The delivery truck was like one of those moving trucks due to the item's weight. It was a good thing I was home because I helped carry that heavy box to the second floor without it breaking. Packaging: The entire treadmill was well-packaged. The running deck came in one piece, as did the computer screen. Other parts were well-labelled. The dread of putting it all together was too much, so I left the delivery box sitting there for two days. Assembly: They recommend you have another person to help with assembly, but I did it all by myself. The initial step is to identify where you want the treadmill to go and use that space as your assembly area. I live in an apartment, so I chose the living room as the best spot. Carefully remove each part from the box and count them to ensure everything needed is included. The running board is the heaviest, and it comes with the motor pre-installed. Most of the tools needed to put it all together are included. The included diagrammed pictures and instructions can be confusing to follow. I found the diagrams to be full of assumptions and the font was too small to read. But no worries—there are YouTube videos that can help. (I used two YouTube videos to help speed up assembling the treadmill, but Amazon frowns on external links embedded in reviews, so you'll have to do your own search). Both videos offered immense help as I put the NordicTrack treadmill together. Take your time, as this is not a race. It took me several solitary hours to complete the assembly. If you're not good at assembling things or are not mechanically inclined, I would suggest you pay extra for professional assembly. On the other hand, the joy of putting it all together by yourself cannot be quantified. Aesthetics: When fully assembled, the treadmill looks good. It is far better than the ones in my apartment complex gym. The two videos mentioned will show you how to bypass the unwanted membership stuff required by NordicTrack to get the treadmill started. Daily Use: I use the heck out of this treadmill, and after two years it's still going strong. It has a lifting mechanism that puts the running deck upright for easy moving and storage. This mechanism came in handy when I moved to another apartment complex. I keep things simple; the treadmill is used only for walking or running. The many incline settings can be helpful when looking for a more intense workout. I have never used the sound system nor the fitness membership offerings from NordicTrack. Personal Opinion And Verdict: If you're on the fence about getting one, I say go ahead and splurge—provided you're going to use it to stay in shape. It's far cheaper than even the cheapest gym membership, but you need to be self-motivated to use it several times a week. Do not buy one and then keep it out of sight until it's needed. Mine is in my living room where I see it every day, which motivates me to use it several times a week. Is it a good treadmill? Hell yes, it's probably better than the ones I have tried in many gyms over the years. Will it help you lose weight and stay in shape? Absolutely, provided you use it as intended.

I bought this for my mother, it arrived on time. No issues. I paid for the expert installation, which we had no problems. 15 minutes after the technician left, the thing stopped working. Of course I was at work, so when this occurred my mom did not know what to do. She called the tech back and he confirmed he could not figure out why it stopped. Later that evening I stopped by my moms house to see what the story was. Everything seemed to work except the belt. Now I have to call NordicTrack and see when they can send someone out. Amazon, is pretty good about offering solutions as far as returns. I was given 3 options. 1. Call Norditrack 2. Have a local repair person fix it, and they would refund me $120.00 3. Complete refund on both the unit and shipping (I would assume the 3 year maintenance plan). I am giving this 1 star because despite some of the good and bad stories, there should be no reason why this thing should have died. I am hoping I get a quick response tomorrow and we can work from there. I will update as we go along. ***************UPDATE So it was initially decided that the motor was broken on the machine by the technician who was dispatched about a week later. It took about 2 weeks to receive another motor. Add a few days to dispatch another tech at this point we are talking almost a month since the machine has arrived. (I was actually contemplating of just doing a return because it was nearing the time to pay the charge on my credit card.) Back to the story, so the tech shows up, we have the new motor, and an excited mom, I then find out that its not the motor, but the control panel. Again back to square one, another 2 weeks for delivery. Again a couple days to dispatch a technician once the part arrived. Tech arrived installed the new control panel and the machine runs, and hasn't had a problem since. Its been working with no issues for about 2 months now. Mom is happy, but I'm not really sure it was worth it. At this point I can't recommend purchasing this unit through this sales channel. Amazon was perfect but I don't know if it is Norditrack, the warehouse who holds this equipment, XPO who ships this equipment, the tech who installed this equipment... bottom line... a product was purchased for over $700 and it didn't work for almost two months from the day the transaction was completed. We weren't given anything for our troubles. Yes we weren't told "oh well sorry no refunds, all sales are final", we were offered a refund of $120 if we decided to let Norditrack off the hook and go with a local repair person, but there was nothing saying "we are sorry for what happened, the month and a half that was lost will be on us" (the company that failed to delight you as a customer). The only power as a customer is a review, to forewarn others of such an awful experience. I work in the customer service industry, so I know how hard it can be to please customers. This was my first treadmill purchase and I spent several weeks researching various models and reading product reviews to become as informed as possible. To start with, my wife and I LOVE our new Nordic Track! Is it perfect? No. Those who reserve 5 stars for only a perfect item will never rate anything 5 stars. It is a very good treadmill in my experience and while I did read of some people having technical issues, that has not been my experience. I have been regularly using my treadmill for 3 months now, so I do have a decent amount of experience with it in order to leave a fair review. One of the things I really like about this treadmill is the iFit compatibility. There are so many different types of workouts you can select with a full range of beginner to experienced in all categories. You can choose walking, hiking, running, cross-training, walk-run, etc. and there are several series for beginners and advanced users as well. Weight loss, running series, incline series, and more. They have a great assortment of trainers and the treadmill syncs to the workout you choose and adjusts the speed and incline automatically throughout the workout. You do have the ability to easily override the auto adjustments in case you need to slow it down or want to speed it up more, but it is really nice being able to just focus on form and enjoy the workout without having to change speed and incline throughout. I assembled the treadmill myself and it was very easy to do. Only the last part required a second person to assist and in total, it took me about 2 hours from start to finish. The instruction manual is concise and easy to follow. I was missing two small screws that secure the cup holders in place, but one call and they were quickly shipped out to me and arrived 3 days later. These missing screws did not prevent me from using my treadmill in the meantime. I don't fold my treadmill regularly as I don't need the floor space, but I did include a picture of the folded position so you can see how it looks. If you have a lack of floor space but still want a treadmill, this may be the answer. The motor is not very loud in my opinion. It is a treadmill and there is going to be some noise. When the incline is increasing or going down, the noise is more distinct, but it really does not sound louder than one should expect to hear from a motor raising and lowering a heavy treadmill with someone on it. The incline has a range of 0-10 and that is perfectly good for where I am at. I suppose endurance runners and very advanced users may want more of an incline, but it is ideal to me. The speed range is from 1-10 miles and I have only taken it up to 6.5mph so far. Maybe one day I will hit 10mph and wish I could go faster, but I think I am pretty good with the speed range for a long time. I purchased the 3-year maintenance warranty on Amazon and recommend it if only to have it professionally serviced once per year. I do not want to have to deal with extra out of pocket costs if something breaks down and for $89, you can hardly go wrong. You will see when you register your treadmill on the Nordic Track site that they will offer you the same coverage, but it is a lot more expensive. Buy it through Amazon. Finally, some people don't like the iFit membership cost. It is $15 per month or $39 per month for a family plan. I received 2 free months with my purchase and renewed it as soon as my free trial was up because it's such a great feature. If you do not want an iFit membership, you can still use the treadmill in manual mode as well as the 20 preset programs the treadmill comes with. I think it would still be a great treadmill without iFit, but I encourage you to at least use the free iFit trial period before deciding you don't want it. The other models of this treadmill include bigger screens and higher inclines. I may upgrade myself in 3 years, but if you want a great first treadmill, I highly recommend this one.

I reseached trradmills for months before deciding on this one. So far I love it! Nice wide belt and great shock absorption! No more achey ankles and knees after a workout. Another awesome surprise is how quiet it runs! Love that I can put a show on my tablet and just zone out. Downsides - when delivered Amazon left it in my drive at 7 a.m. and blocked my car in the garage. I could not move it on my own it was so heavy. They did not knock or anything, so it just sat out exposed to the elements til my hubby came home from work at the end of the day to help me get it inside. Second downside, putting it together! It took my hubby and me 2 hours to build it, we felt like we should of gotten paid by the factory. Haha
