Fairly easy to assemble, it was packaged well for protection. My husband and I put it together less than 30min. Itās easily movable(front wheels) and sturdier than you would think for the build and affordable price. Incline transitions arenāt speedy but smooth. We got it as an addition to our garage gym. Doesnāt feel bulky or space consuming(although we still not set on where to have it š¤). Cup holders couldnāt fit my tumbler but as reference the tall can of liquid death fits and has wiggle room. (Not sponsored by liquid death š
) I got a good walk and run on it, it feels good, I donāt feel like there is hard impact on my legs/knees. So far, I love it and look forward to using it more and maybe seeing if my dog will use it š¤. I personally donāt have interest in using the ifit subscription but cool that itās compatible.

I looked at a lot of treadmills before I settled on this one. Originally I wanted the 2450 or the 1750 models, but I went with this one because it had a great incline comparatively, it still had the iFIT touchscreen and it was a really great price. I use it anywhere from 3 to 6 times a week and sometimes multiple times in one day and I have not had any issues other than an occasional slow Internet connection. The iFIT subscription is pretty pricey, but I bought one year to try it out and Iāve been pretty happy with the trainers and moderately happy with the pace selection. I prefer an intermediate intensity hiking and there are not a lot that go up to 2 miles or over so I would like a larger selection there but overall I would highly recommend. I did not pay to have it installed and while the pieces were easily identifiable and easy to put together the total weight was 240lbs. I did not have help, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own, I couldnāt even get it into the house by myself. If you are able to heft the pieces, then you can reasonably set it up on your own without assistance since the instructions were pretty straightforward and there arenāt a lot of small pieces.

Bought this treadmill for my girlfriend and she loves it. She wanted a treadmill for the house but not one of those small cheap ones or walking pads. This is much bigger. I'm 5'11" and it's a perfect size for me also so I've actually used it too. Anyone with a basic ability to follow instructions can put it together, but recommended to have 2 people to assemble it. It's very heavy and sturdy, even with it fully inclined it doesn't shake. The touchscreen is really nice and tracks all the normal stuff like distance and speed. And of course - cup holders! Yes the brand is pricey but you are getting a really nice product for that price. To me it was totally worth the money, especially for someone who uses it regularly.

The first thing to point out is that this item is not meant to be some sort of āsuperā treadmill with tons of bells and whistles. If that is what you are looking for, break out the checkbook baby. This is supposed to be inexpensive, compact and convenient and that is exactly what I was looking for. This was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend when I felt bad that she couldnāt go out and take her morning walk or jog because it was either horribly cold or raining. I was a bit concerned when I pulled it out of the box as it didnāt look exactly like the pictures. The labeling and graphics were not the same. But, it went together without any trouble and it fired up as expected. So, in order to make sure it was safe for her to use, I thought I would try it out. Yeah rightā¦ I just wanted to check it out. Thinking about all the reviews I was reading, complaining of belts needing constant adjustment or strange noises coming from the unit, I clenched my teeth waiting for something to be āoffā with the machine. But after about 5 minutes of taking a stroll on it and feeling my legs starting to burn, I said āyeahā¦ this will work.ā It has come to the point for me to state my opinion of this device in a review. So I asked the person who is to be using it what they thought of it. Turns out they have used it several times and they said that they are actually quite pleased with it. So I have to say that I believe this is a rather decent unit for what it is. I still get a laugh every time I revisit the ad and see the scaled down woman running on it in the photo. I certainly wouldnāt want to be taking long strides on it. No more than a nice vigorous jog. Iām trying to get my girl to learn to try some of the programs in it and see if she finds a routine that she likes and can repeat it as she chooses. So, unless something seriously goes wrong, I will have to say it is quite okay for what it is in my honest opinion. I am not sorry that I bought it.

I am an avid walker/hiker, but here in Ohio, it does get very cold/snowy in the winter. After a number of times almost slipping on ice early in the morning for walks, I decided it was time for a treadmill/walking pad. We did have years ago an older treadmill, and candidly, we rarely used it. My biggest challenge in the past was because I am used to walking/hiking outside, walking in place for 45 minutes - 1 hour was too boring for me (even watching tv/movie didn't quite help since I just kept looking at the time on when I'd be done). I happened to be on a work trip when I was at a hotel and they had a treadmill that had walks you go on with a screen, and I absolutely loved it. I decided that feature was actually key because I actually felt I was going somewhere (virtually at least). So as I researched treadmills/walking pads, the ability to integrate with a screen to do hikes/walks was key. I solely walk, so running/jogging wasn't a feature of interest. However, every walking pad I researched didn't seem to be built for durability. That led me ultimately to purchase the NordicTrack T Series. It was priced very reasonably and I have more confident in getting a well known brand that has been in this industry as long as I can remember. It also integrates with iFit, which I knew was a key feature I wanted. After using it all winter, I can say I absolutely LOVE our NordicTrack T Series as I used it multiple times/day (I walk before work each morning and at lunch). iFit is an absolute game changer in my opinion. First off, I found several trainers I really, really liked following. For example, I did the Grand Canyon Hiking Series, and here in Ohio, it is grey and cloudy a lot in the winter, and to see clear blue skies and hike with those beautiful views, I forgot at times I live in Ohio and loved those hikes. I also loved the trainer and all he shared about himself, fitness, food, etc. I've done city walks and even just yesterday did an incredible hike at the Duomo in Florence. iFit completely integrates with the treadmill as it changes the elevation/speed automatically to be in sync with the trainer. I can also increase/decrease the pace and it learns over time my fitness level. I also really like that this model doesn't come with a screen, as I simply mounted a small tv to the wall with a Roku stick, and I simply cast from my phone to the tv the iFit so I have a very nice sized screen with great quality for me to hike. Also, this treadmill is very well built, it actually is much lighter in weigh than what we had years ago, and I am confident this will last for many, many years. I share all the times with my friends how great of a product this is.

I bought this for my mother, it arrived on time. No issues. I paid for the expert installation, which we had no problems. 15 minutes after the technician left, the thing stopped working. Of course I was at work, so when this occurred my mom did not know what to do. She called the tech back and he confirmed he could not figure out why it stopped. Later that evening I stopped by my moms house to see what the story was. Everything seemed to work except the belt. Now I have to call NordicTrack and see when they can send someone out. Amazon, is pretty good about offering solutions as far as returns. I was given 3 options. 1. Call Norditrack 2. Have a local repair person fix it, and they would refund me $120.00 3. Complete refund on both the unit and shipping (I would assume the 3 year maintenance plan). I am giving this 1 star because despite some of the good and bad stories, there should be no reason why this thing should have died. I am hoping I get a quick response tomorrow and we can work from there. I will update as we go along. ***************UPDATE So it was initially decided that the motor was broken on the machine by the technician who was dispatched about a week later. It took about 2 weeks to receive another motor. Add a few days to dispatch another tech at this point we are talking almost a month since the machine has arrived. (I was actually contemplating of just doing a return because it was nearing the time to pay the charge on my credit card.) Back to the story, so the tech shows up, we have the new motor, and an excited mom, I then find out that its not the motor, but the control panel. Again back to square one, another 2 weeks for delivery. Again a couple days to dispatch a technician once the part arrived. Tech arrived installed the new control panel and the machine runs, and hasn't had a problem since. Its been working with no issues for about 2 months now. Mom is happy, but I'm not really sure it was worth it. At this point I can't recommend purchasing this unit through this sales channel. Amazon was perfect but I don't know if it is Norditrack, the warehouse who holds this equipment, XPO who ships this equipment, the tech who installed this equipment... bottom line... a product was purchased for over $700 and it didn't work for almost two months from the day the transaction was completed. We weren't given anything for our troubles. Yes we weren't told "oh well sorry no refunds, all sales are final", we were offered a refund of $120 if we decided to let Norditrack off the hook and go with a local repair person, but there was nothing saying "we are sorry for what happened, the month and a half that was lost will be on us" (the company that failed to delight you as a customer). The only power as a customer is a review, to forewarn others of such an awful experience. I work in the customer service industry, so I know how hard it can be to please customers. This is a great unit for all fitness levels. The item was delivered by two Amazon carriers and brought inside my front door. Itās HEAVY. Assembly took about an hour for two people. Setup instructions were easy to follow and all the required tools were provided. Small details like the screw sets being divided by the installation step and labeled clearly really helped. Instructions were clear and easy to progress through. Weāve been using this now for a few weeks and are impressed with the solid build and performance. Speed and incline adjustments are easy to set. I donāt have a subscription to the iFit service you can add on for programmable workouts but itās not essential for using this unit. Coming from walking pad, the generous 20ā wide ramp is greatly appreciated. You have plenty of surface area to walk on. Iām able to set my iPad or phone on the ledge by the controls when I want to watch a video or listen to music. The unit also folds up to save on some space when not in use and requires minimal effort to do so. Iāve known the NordicTrack brand for a long time and knew they made quality exercise equipment. This is my first purchase for home use from their brand and I am highly satisfied with the delivery, setup and product quality for this price point. Iād definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a treadmill.

So itās been about 6 months since iāve had this and I would like to say it was such a great investment. My boyfriend set it up in about 30-40 minutes and it is very sturdy. It adjusts very well when increasing the steepness. I feel very safe on it as it has the red chord to pull. Very easy to set up and start using. Also it has wheels that helps move locations. I would say my workouts have improved and it can withstand long distances and constant speed changes!
