Delivered and installed by the third party technicians through Amazon. It wouldn’t turn on. They spent hours on it and couldn’t get it to work. They said they would take it back and send a new one. That was weeks ago. I’ve received no new treadmill, no refund, no communication and have no ability to actually reach someone at Amazon to deal with it. So far it’s been a great product! Seamlessly connected with our current Peloton subscription we use with our bike. Very thorough instructions that also include very easy to follow videos they leave QR codes to in the instruction manuals. The treadmill doesn’t fold, but is small enough to save space. Really enjoying the Tread and the membership. Most of the instructors are very engaging and entertaining. I do "walks" and "hikes.". I watch football on mute while walking. The Peloton heart rate monitor (chest) is garbage. Only connects sometimes. When it does connect, it will start, and stay, at 70 bpm through an hour-long class. Or, it will race to 240 bpm. I had complained to customer service right away, but did not exchange. Now the have told me to "get lost.". Buy something else. ... show more

Received after 1 week of shipping. Install was OK but definitely needs two people. Followed all instructions and does not work with error code indicating the incline is failing. Contacted Pelaton and am working to have a tech come take a look but will take weeks and still not have a working product. Support was nice but disappointed in the huge waste of time and effort with no guarantee that it would work still…. ... show more
