Great set of features
Has been great so far. The controls are convenient compared to some other treadmills. Not having a motor housing out front allows for a more natural stride, I was always hitting it with my old treadmill. Finally, great classes available with easy sorting to find what you want.

Arrived With Broken Cord - That Was Only the Beginning
Item arrived with damaged cable so install technician could not complete the install. Technical support on phone read a script and was poorly trained. Erlinda @ Peloton told the technician at my house that they needed to send a technician. Technician nicely explained how silly that was, so we sent pictures and were promised response in 24 hours. Received email saying they needed photos of other broken parts. Zero follow up for 3 days after re-explaining it was just the one cord. Escalated myself - item will now be replaced IN 3 WEEKS. Insanity. Asked to explain situation to level 2 support. Waited on hold 10 minutes and was told none available. They expect a monthly service contract now!!

Great product!
So far it’s been a great product! Seamlessly connected with our current Peloton subscription we use with our bike. Very thorough instructions that also include very easy to follow videos they leave QR codes to in the instruction manuals. The treadmill doesn’t fold, but is small enough to save space. It also seems much quieter than other models we tested.
