This is the perfect stair climber! I did a lot of research & continued to come back to this one. We were able to get it up our stairs & into the bedroom. That was tough to watch my husband & his friend do it but they made it look effortless. Lol! I suggest a shoulder dolly. It works perfectly, it’s not super noisy & the price was perfect too! Got this machine and so far, I love it! Basic stair climber, no real complaints! It's very quiet, which is great. The only thing I can say (and this is minimal) is it's SLIGHTLY shakey .. It's not a problem as of right now, but I'm hoping it's not one of those things that turns into one over time! We'll see. If you're on the fence about buying this, I say go for it! OH, shipping was FAST!!! Tracking, non existent. You willl get one shipping notification .. and that's about it. Next thing ya know, they're on your door step. Luckily I was home! Pleasantly surprised though because I was told it would take a couple of WEEKS to arrive! More like 3-4 days :) ... show more

I was honestly a little nervous purchasing this stair stepper because of the price. Compared to the commercial units at the gym, it seemed almost too affordable, and there really aren’t many detailed reviews online. I found only a couple of in-depth online reviews, but both reviewers seemed knowledgeable and appeared satisfied with the machine, so I decided to take a chance. The unit arrives in a large wooden crate. Once I removed the sides of the crate, it became much easier to work with. The biggest challenge wasn’t assembly—it was getting the machine from the crate, up a few steps, through some narrow doorways, and into my home gym. Removing some of the side covers from the machine itself also provided much better handholds and gripping points, which made moving it a lot easier. Once inside, a friend and I were able to lift and reposition it without too much trouble. Assembly was mostly straightforward, but the instructions for installing the monitor could be clearer. The directions don’t really explain that you need to remove the back panel and unscrew the pre-installed monitor bracket before mounting the display. Not a huge deal, but it took me a few minutes to figure out. I’ve only had it a short time, but so far it’s been working well for what I wanted. The stepping motion feels smooth, and I haven’t run into any issues. Personally, I don’t pay much attention to heart rate, calorie counts, or most of the built-in metrics. My goal is simply to get 30 minutes or 2,000 steps in, and it has fit that need well. One thing I did was mount a tablet above the console. I usually watch hiking trail videos, or use fitness apps while stepping, which makes the workout go by much faster. Like a lot of people considering this machine, I was hesitant because there wasn’t a ton of detailed information available online. I only had this machine for 3 months before it started making a clinking noise. It got worse and worse until I finally had to stop using it. When I asked for a replacement because it is supposed to have a 2 year warranty to the customer service told me sure just send it back!! The machine weighs over 600 pounds, shipping back would cost half the cost of the machine! So I ended up fixing it myself (bad bearing). I think the machine is ok but dont by it from Spreetail thier customer service it terrible. They told me they woudl cover $350 for the repair only to tell me 2 days later that it was passed the 30 day return policy. If you still want to buy one of these buy it from Walmart! Spreetail is terrible! ... show more

This thing is awesome! 👏🏼 I have always wanted one and I had to go to the gym for years to use it. Now I have one at home. It’s great quality! It works just like the heavy duty ones in the gym. I contacted Customer service and they were so helpful and quick. Their customer service is top tier. So glad I made this purchase.
