Very easy to assemble. Connecting it to iFit / Bluetooth was a tiny bit confusing, but then I figured it out. good sturdy treadmill,,, love the incline, love the free iFit. Wish it had a USB/charger port. My old treadmill used to fold up 90 degrees, this is at an angle, which not really happy about, but most treadmills fold up this way. ... show more

    • Good basic treadmill, suits my purposes
I got this to be able to walk indoors when the weather doesn't cooperate. I've had it a while now (today is 4/11/24) and used it several times. Once you bypass iFit, you can use it on basic settings no problem. It is simple to use and sturdy. Assembly went very well. I am not using the speakers on it as I just use headphones on my tablet since it is rather noisy. Incline works well too.     • Simple To Use
We needed a basic, no frills treadmill and after much searching and research we found this one. Our last treadmill was also a Pro-Form and it lasted for more than 10 years and had a lot of miles on it, which is one of the reasons we bought one from the same brand. I like the width/length of the tread and how sturdy it feels. The tread lifts easily and snaps into place for storage. The only part of the console that lights up is the screen that shows your statistics. The buttons that control the speed/incline do not light up but if the lighting in the room is decent they are easy enough to see. It took us 3 hours to assemble because we didn't read the instructions carefully so I would advise reading all the instructions before starting to assemble. ... show more

This treadmill was simple to put together. The box was very heavy, but putting together was very easy. Directions were included. It's also simple to use, even without using the special bluetooth features and apps, incase your not very tech savvy. It is perfect for me and has no jarring to the joints and back. ... show more

    • So disappointed and frustrated
I can't comment on if this is easy to use, as I can't use it! Purchased 1/27, it is still sitting in my living room partially assembled. The screw holes on one side for the cross bar were not manufactured correctly, i.e. the screw threads are not straight and the screws won't go in at all. I reached out the ONLY way you can with Ifit, and that is thru the online chat, going on 4 times now, and this last time I was told, the part needed, which is one of the side supports, is on back order.. I might get an email in 2-3 WEEKS telling me when it will ship. Meanwhile, I have spent the money, I need this for physical therapy, I can't put it back in the box and return it as its too big for me to, and customer service is about as helpful as a migraine headache. I did try also emailing them, and yes, not a single reply at all.. ... show more

Pretty satisfied with this purchase, great value for its price and doesn’t take as much space as other treadmills. Has all the necessary bells and whistles. It took me about 2 hours to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow.

    • Treadmill is pretty nice. The activation process is a disaster
Trying to get it activated is a nightmare. I would recommend using a computer to get it activated and not cell phone. Just one example, it asked when did you order it and when did it arrive. I entered 12/19/20023 for order date and 1/5/2024 for date of delivery. It put up an alarm and said you can't get it before you ordered it. I did this several times with the same response. I then used the calendar pop ups. Again the same response. I finally gave up and enter 12/31/2023 as the date delivered. It was happy with that answer!
