I had ordered Adirondak chairs and had to assemble them. So I LOVE that I didn't have to do anything with this ottoman. Take it out of the box and you're good to go. Material quality is on par with the chairs I had ordered - it's that polyethylene material instead of cheap plastic or wood. It's got some heft to it. Would not hesitate to get more for my other Adirondak chairs.

I was really happy when I took this out of the box and realized I didn't have to assemble it! What a nice surprise. It's easy to open and close and you can save space when you're not using it by folding it closed and sliding it under the chair for storage. It's heavy and very good quality. It has enough weight to it that it's not going to move around while you're using it, but you can still easily pick it up to move it whether it's open or closed. It's real wood and doesn't look like cheap plastic patio furniture so it will match an elegant look. I am very glad I got this, not only for the quality, but also for the comfort of having a leg and foot rest while relaxing outdoors.

KINGYES Folding Adirondack Ottoman- White First of all, the fact that it comes fully assembled is a plus for me. Im not big on putting furniture together, But with this ottoman, all I had to do was unfold it and it was ready to use. This saved me a lot of time and hassle. The design of the ottoman is also top-notch. It perfectly complements my outdoor chairs and adds an extra level of comfort to my outdoor seating experience. The white color is crisp and clean, adding a touch of elegance to my patio. One of the main reasons I chose this ottoman is because it is made of all-weather materials. Living in a place with unpredictable weather, I needed something that could withstand rain, sun, and everything in between. This ottoman has not disappointed in this aspect. This foot rest has 6 slats down the front and 2 safety pins while the less expensive ones have less slats and no pins or only one. The problem with no pins is the footrest can easily collapse while in use. I own one with just one pin and when it’s folded you have to be careful not to pull on the back of it or it’ll partially open in your hands and could pinch your skin. This one has 2 pins which secure it well both open and also closed. You can grab any portion of this one in the closed position and it stays closed as long as you secure the pins all the way through the holes in both bars. The added slats provide more stability. I have one with 5 slats and I think this one looks nicer. My Adirondack chairs are made of this same material. My chairs & side tables are a true bright white and this is just a little darker but it’s a close enough match. I have a lot of Adirondack furniture made of this same material (hdpe) and it’s very durable. The faux wood grain looks nice. It’s held up well in the south Texas sun, even the darker colored ones haven’t faded or cracked. We don’t have harsh winters so I can’t speak for the cold but they’re low maintenance and durable.

I really like this footrest because I am a big fan of Adirondack materials. They are stronger than wood, they never fade or crack, they never warp, and they seem to last forever! I really like the black color of the footrest. This footrest is absolutely water and freeze resistant, as well as being sun proof. This fits my outdoor chair perfectly and the color is a pretty close match. it folds down and fits under the chair when I want it out of the way. It is able to hold up to 150 lbs of weight, and it feels very natural with your legs on it. I like to turn it around and have my knees up and use it as a higher footrest. It was fully preassembled and I only needed to put extend the legs on it. It is very smooth, great fit and finish, and there are no sharp edges on it! I am very impressed with it and I would highly recommend it.
